It is fully fenced in, very clean, we do have a open well in the corner which is fenced off. We provide a bench perfect for two. You’re welcome to bring some music, water, snacks, etc. and have yourself a picnic or we can provide a small little Wi-Fi boom box and some water for additional fee

Private home sits on top of the hill. 5 acres so your pup can be free to run and stretch their legs. Trail around the property with gated fence. Please do not disturb home owners unless necessary. Due by popular naming from our guests we have changed the name to Doggyland from Peacock because many have labeled our property “it’s like Disneyland for our dogs.”

One acre fully fenced. Rocky and sloped. Watch out for holes caused by squirrels, groundhogs, and rabbits. Not ideal for little dogs. No digging especially at fences. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. Water, bowls, toys, and poop bags in black box with yellow lid. Poop scooper and bucket for trash can provided. Please make sure to secure fence when leaving.

Our yard is fully fenced with tons to sniff, beautiful views, and a nice breeze! There are multiple seating areas to sit and watch your dogs roam. Water bowls, hoses, hand sanitizer, dog bags, and poop scooper are provided by the entrance. --------------------------------------- TERRAIN: * This is not a manicured lawn. It's more like off-leash hiking through a field. Just like when hiking, foxtails and dry debris can be present depending on the season. It's recommended to check your dog's nose, ears, and paws after a visit. * You may want to wear thicker-soled shoes as the terrain can be rough or bumpy in some areas due to gophers.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt field road just South of the residence. Give me a quick call when you arrive so I can guide you - at a distance - to the back acre. My chicken coop 🐤is inside the acre and will be securely locked during your visit. We do have a handful of outdoor cats,🐈 who help keep the mice🐁 in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when dogs are visiting! This acre is grassy with wildflowers🌻 in the spring/winter, and dry and brown in the summer/fall🏜. We have an automatic water spicket for the pups, and there will be several chairs, small table w/umbrella provided under the pine trees for the grownups! Bring drinks, snacks and enjoy! Come Early in the SUMMER as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m. We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags! Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Run free and have fun!

Our doggy park offers 1 acre of room to run and chase your tail, perhaps you’re feeling adventurous for a jump in the pool! After a few laps maybe a nap or two, no judgment. Stay pawsitive!
