Description

Our yard has some landscaping and patio space, but also has a large, grassy area great for dogs that like to run or play fetch. We have a canopy on the lower patio that you are free to use to relax while your dog plays. (Top is off during the snowy months). There is access to water, as well as a large stainless steel water bowl outside.

Hazards

Small step up from ground to the patios, rocks on landscaped areas of the yard, garden has raised sides and sprinkler system, patio garden is surrounded by a short decorative trellis, landscaping on side of the house is a little uneven currently because of an underground pipe we had replaced, parking area in the back yard is significantly lower than rest of yard

Please discourage dogs from digging or jumping on the fence when possible. Dog waste bags and a receptacle are provided. Please make sure to close the gate when leaving. Thanks!

Booking Policies

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    02/02/2023 Field/Weather Conditions: The recent snows have been trampled by fun loving dogs and the field today is mostly snow covered, though soft. Sunshine and temps above freezing in the forecast for the next few days will soften the surface even more in the afternoons, though overnight it will refreeze to a hard surface in the mornings. This weekend will likely see a lot of muddy areas, but as always, I will have towels out to wipe the muddy paws. Don't wait to play, book your time today! Over 1 acre of fully fenced (6' chain link) field area with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is mostly a soft, sandy dirt, which dries quickly once snow melts or rain stops. A walk around the interior fence line is almost 1/4 mile so it's great for the active dog owner too. It's a close-in rural location right in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. You'll see cows, horses and chickens in the neighborhood. I have a horse in a corral area separate from the dog field. Your dogs might want to investigate and bark at him through the fence a few times, which is normal dog behavior, though the horse is not bothered by dogs. Just ask any of my Dobermans.
