55Great spot! Wonderful flat area to run. My dog is reactive and does not have perfect recall so this space worked best for us on leash. Perfect spot to practice on a long line but let him run around full speed. Well cared for space and we didnโ€™t have any trouble with cacti!

55Such an amazing spot. Beautiful views, the host was so kind and accommodating, and our high energy dogs left happy and WIPED. We hit traffic on our way and weโ€™re going to be late. They let us stay for the hour we booked, even though we were 30 minuets late. I appreciate the communication and accommodation so much. There was also a very sweet bag of dog treats with a very kind note. This spot was super secure, had amazing running room and SO many sniffs. We drove hours to visit this spot, and it was absolutely worth it!

There are many spots in BV that you can not get service. Snap a photo of the instructions because there is not a guarantee your cell service will shine through on short and final. Keeping going to get to 353c where there is indeed a culdasac and a well placed sign. Thanks for opening up the space to sniffspots. ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ• ๐Ÿ•

Description

Welcome to our 2 acre field with plenty of room to roam and play! I would recommend making one round of the field with your dog on a leash to familiarize yourself with the area and check for holes, rocks, cacti, etc. There is a nice path all the way around the field, but the rest is natural. The whole property is fenced but if you have a jumper or a digger they could possibly get out. There might be deer and rabbits on the property but they should clear out when they see you during that first lap. This SniffSpot is for the open field only. Please be respectful and stay out of the woods and absolutely stay OFF all agility equipment. Thank you and enjoy!

Hazards

As of May 2023, we have been working diligently to remove all the cacti from the field, as well as most of the rocks. It is recomended you make a tour of the field with your dog on leash first to check for new critter holes and other hazards before releasing your dog.

The Sniffspot area is for the big open 2 acre field, not the woods and not the agility equipment. Please keep dogs away from those. Have a great time!

Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    We had such a good time! The fence was very secure and I didn't have to worry about any of the dogs getting out. The pups ran around like crazy and were completely exhausted when we got home.
