Nina's Private Dog Park In Cherryvale

The owners of this property couldn't have been nicer. I was on crutches and in a moon boot so they kindly came out to open and close the driveway gate for me. I also got a personal note to tell me what to expect when I got there. Unfortunately, their property is mostly rock and whatever type of scrub plants can tolerate a dire lack of soil nutrients. If you have visions of your dog romping in a soft, green meadow, this is not your place. That said, my dog still found things to investigate so perhaps she enjoyed it, rocky or not. I think it should be mentioned in their listing that the area is shared with their horse. However, they were kind enough to put the horse in its corral due to my concerns. They also helped me keep an eye on my dog so she wouldn't go to investigate, or bother, their horse. Bottom line: Nice people, rough landscape
