Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway until you reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **3 goats roam the play space when not in use by dogs.** **We are fellow dog-lovers! During your visit, our dogs (and goats) will be enclosed about 50 feet uphill and away from main play space with two of layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). If you’re dog roams this area, know it is fully enclosed. We do have signs that discourage use of this area to maximize privacy and minimize distractions. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it is overlooking the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Located in Wildwood Canyon, with a large fully fenced area for fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. If you are looking for a state park like experience with tons of trees and beautiful scenery, you will really enjoy this sniffspot. It is perfect for large and small dog breeds. Be prepared for your pup to explore and run around. If your fur baby needs water after so much exploring/running, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We have fur babies of our own who love their yard and highly recommend it. One chihuahua (Penny-Lane), two saint bernards (Athena Marie and Diesel Train) and a malamute (Odin Bear), who are always in the house during a sniffspot reservation.

Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood. **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

WHAT IS A SNIFFSPOT? You and your pups can come and relax in this beautiful fenced in backyard without having to worry about having other dogs or people around. SniffSpots are perfect for reactive dogs or those who just don’t have the yard space to get all their zoomies out. But of course, anyone is welcome to come and enjoy our pool and yard! Our address is: off Santa Angela St, Highland (full address to be provided after booking). The entire back yard is available to use including the grass area, chlorine pool (not heated unless requested via extras). The pool house is off limits and will remain locked. There is a hose behind the pool house for your use to rinse off before / after pool use. Please bring your own towels. Neighbors have dog(s) on adjacent fence which may be out occasionally. Because we do have nearby neighbors, if your dog(s) bark excessively and don’t settle well, we may not be the perfect spot for you - out of polite consideration for our neighbors. Thank you!
