Welcome to our private beach on the Buffalo River - the ultimate summer SniffSpot! The river is slow moving, shallow and all sand. It is about 1-2 feet deep near our beach, and deeper on the opposite side of the river. In heavy rain, it ebbs and flows in depths. You will park and walk to the beach on wooded trails about 600 feet to the beach. The SniffSpot availability is limited to the beach only, and not the rest of our property.

Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. The dirt road is bumpy, so please be cautious. There is a lovely, gator-free pond for your dogs to enjoy and 2.5 acres of fenced in land to run and explore.

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas.
