Our property is a little bit country- situated down a dirt road close to Gateway and the airport. The dirt road is bumpy, so please be cautious. There is a lovely, gator-free pond for your dogs to enjoy and 2.5 acres of fenced in land to run and explore.

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. 3 acres of open lawn, big enough for dogs who love playing frisbee or chasing a ball. There is also a 1 acre pond, perfect for swimmers.

Flat fields, hills, grassy lake land, waterfront. We are Open 5am until Midnight in the field. We also rent our riding arena which is fully enclosed. Its sniffspot Sauvie Island Spot 2 and it open 5am to 10pm

Spring fed pond, plenty of room to run around, trees, toys, what more could a dog want? Dog owners can utilize the pond for fishing or a dip to cool off as well! Farm path is approximately 1/2 mile long if you’d like to take a walk. We do live on an active farm so especially during planting and harvesting seasons, there may be farm equipment moving up and down the farm lane. You will also very likely hear our dogs from inside the house; they're just jealous they aren't out there with you.
