Consider a membership to reserve your favorite times to play! Welcome to Historic Corner Private Dog Park, LLC, a charming oasis nestled in the heart of Evansville, Indiana. This delightful private Dog Park covers .14 acres of lush green space, providing a perfect –and private--getaway for you and your dog. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by a picturesque setting adorned with mature trees that offer ample shade, creating a refreshing ambiance on sunny summer days. The park’s well-maintained grounds provide plenty of room for you and your dog companion to romp and play. Historic Corner Private Dog Park,LLC is conveniently located in the bustling city center, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. Whether you’re a neighbor looking for a quiet place to play with your dog or a traveler exploring the area, this private dog park offers a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant urban environment. This spot is woman owned and operated. I have worked for many years to make my neighborhood and my community a better place to live. When I learned recently of SniffSpot, I fully embraced that dogs need a private place to play. So, for the first time ever, what was a private sanctuary is available to rent for a modest fee.
****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** ****IMPORTANT: Recently a neighbour’s dog has been occasionally escaping its property and has been running up and down the driveway and along our fence line of the Dog Farm. As far as I’m aware it has only happened a handful of times and I am currently trying to resolve this problem but please take note this is a possibility. If it happens to you please take a photo as evidence and contact me on 0210310931. Thanks for your understating *** Available for use is approximately one acre of grass (short and long) with a small section of young native trees. The property is well fenced with 1.5m deer fencing all round. After heavy rains there is sometimes a large pond at the lowest point which is great fun for the dogs. There is a hose and water bowl for you to use. When parking, please don’t block the shared driveway, and be careful not to park too close to the gate so you don’t get stuck. There are some older aerial photos, the blue indicates the property boundaries and the red is where to park. Rules - Please pick up any dog poop - Please keep your dogs on lead until inside the fenced area - Do not park blocking the shared driveway - Please be respectful to neighbours and their stock - Please turn off the hose at the tap when finished
Almost an acre of pastureland overlooking Jacoby Creek Valley for dogs to sniff, roam, play, and most of all be off leash and in nature. Come with your dog alone or bring some friends and dog pals (up to 6 total) to romp and chase and play while you relax. There are balls and sticks, some obstacles, water, and lots to dig. There may be cattle in the adjoining field below, occasionally deer though rarely in the daytime. Chairs are set for a pastoral view, particularly lovely at sunset. People and cars may go by on the driveway. The spot is all yours when you are there and with respect to reactive dogs, I won't greet you unless we set that up in advance. I want the dogs to feel that this is their space and we won't intrude. If your plans change you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours prior to your reservation through the app but it does not allow changes after that. Please no smoking or using while visiting. Enjoy!
2+ acres of fully fenced (5 ft) wooded and grass area. The fence is partially chain link and partially wire pulled between wood posts. The terrain is a mix of grass and wooded areas. A basket of various dog toys will be available along with a seating area, treats, and water for both you and your dog! Swing set available for kids to use, at your own risk and under your own supervision, while their pet runs around, however; the trampoline is strictly off-limits. Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and the ability to add extra dogs to your reservations. Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls with a water jug that you may use to fill up the bowl for your dog. Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the patio door. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**
IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD For PARK #2, please continue PASSED(south) of the Kingsfield Kennels yellow sign 100m. Park #2 gate is on the right hand side with its own Park# 2 sign. Pull up, open gate, drive in and close securely behind you before letting out your dogs. Fully fenced 3.5 acre private dog park. There is a small gap (8"at the most) under the entrance gate. This park is more rustic and best for MEDIUM SIZED and up dogs. There is a large field and forest paths to explore and a massive dirt pile for digging/climbing! Grass is not mowed often here so grass is longer. Please dress appropriately for the weather and terrain. Public gravel road does border the park on one side so please be careful of vehicles/traffic. Sheep and cattle will often be visible from spot as well along the west sides. Fence can be difficult to see at a distance so ensure your dog(s) know the boundaries. Swimming hole will be available Spring 2024! No children under 16 please.
Hi! We are animal lovers. We have 4 dogs: 3 Chihuahua and pitbull. We have a huge fenced yard in the Heart of Mandarin. Come visit us with your furry friends!
Got a big, energetic dog who needs a lot of space to run? You’ve found it! If your dog is happiest in the water, we are here for you! We are a haven for dogs with Strong Opinions about things! 🤗 Doesn’t love people? Come on over! Hates other pets? That’s cool! Lives to chase squirrels and moles? We’re overrun, you do you! We are blessed with 19 gorgeous acres of ♿️ HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE pasture, ancient live oak hammocks, and trails surrounding 3 ponds and a creek leading to a cypress swamp. It’s Old Florida at its very BEST. Canter Woods is on the corner of two dead-end dirt roads with barely any traffic. We are now FULLY FENCED so your dog can safely work out every ounce of excess energy! Seating and picnic tables are provided throughout the property, and there is plenty of natural shade. We have a private road that runs all around the inside of the fence, so if your dog likes to run alongside you while you pedal, go ahead and bring your bicycle! The road/trail is almost completely shaded, so even on the hottest of days, it’s quite pleasant. One of our trails, which fully accommodates any vehicle, leads directly to our main seating area adjacent to not one but two ponds. Guests who use a wheelchair, crutches, or a walker can make it from their vehicle to a sturdy chair or lounger in just 6-8 feet ♿️ If you would like access to this parking spot, simply arrange with us. Our shallow swimming ponds are fed nonstop by a deep artesian well. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat™️! 🍃🌱🌿🪵🐇 We have horses on the premises in paddocks, and they’re tolerant of dogs and their mischief and love ♥️ our SniffSpot dog guests. Hopefully your dog is tolerant of these large mysterious creatures and doesn’t harass them! If you think your dog might be aggressive with the horses and get over or under their sturdy 4-foot paddock fence, please use a leash when in proximity of the barn and paddock! Do note that our horses are ridden and worked often, so there’s always the possibility that you will encounter “evidence” of a horse having passed there before you 😉 As we say around here, that’s farm life for ya! If that kind of thing bothers you, this probably isn’t the right spot for you. We are not manicured lawn—we are a farm and woods and a certified wildlife habitat. Note that we do have some predator animals such as hawks, owls, and the occasional bobcat, so this area is best suited for dogs over about 15 pounds. We keep our 4-lb chihuahua mostly inside, since we moved here. Parking is near the main entrance gate, close to the barn, and you are invited to start off your visit on the trails, following Bambi’s Run at the main entrance. Poop bags, maps, and a trash can are located on a pine tree at the parking area and near the horse paddock. ✨ PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please respect that Canter Woods is also our home, and we are closed to anyone who doesn’t have an appointment. For our security and the safety of our guests and their dogs, we have surveillance cameras in use at all our entrances. MEMBERS-ONLY HOURS: We reserve before-work 7:30-10:30 am, Saturday mornings until noon, and all day on Sundays for dog lovers who have chosen to be members. Members also get a lower rate that’s never subject to a price increase + free use of our wash rack and dog shampoo! (a big bonus for the big dogs in our lives!) WE ARE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 🦋

Thank you to all my amazing guests who have given your dog(s) opportunity to find their calm within by visiting Jasper Memorial Dog Sanctuary. It is amazing to see your dogs and you finding your inner peace. Thank you too for following all of the rules to keep this SS sustainable into the future. The fee set is the amount needed to allow me to keep this site open and provide improvements when needed. (I understand other sites charge less, but I've learned charging less is not financially sustainable. Hosts do not earn what they charge). I love hosting new and returning guests. RECENT IMPROVEMENTS: A 6'x6' sand box has been added. Please encourage digging in this location. Discourage digging in all other locations for the safety of everyone. A poop bag dispenser has been installed on a post near the gate and will be kept filled. MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST to repeat/returning guests after we have met.
