There are active hay fields so grass will be long at certain times of year. Dress appropriately if you don’t like itchy legs ;) I offer mosquito repellent in case you wish to visit the pond. My property has multiple trails, 2 small fields, streams, a large pond for swimming, and a dog wash station! Lots of space to play. Truly a dog paradise! My property is located on a long, gravel driveway (named by me as Maple Gap Rd) off Frozen Creek Road and just a short distance from the back entrance of Gorges State Park. Once turning onto Frozen Creek Road it’s about 1.3 miles on your right. You’ll see a small green sign saying Maple Gap Road and a Sniffspot sign. Parking is available beside the garage (looks like a house). Ok to park behind my silver truck that stays there. You’ll see a Sniffspot ‘park here’ sign, a dog waste station with bags, and a brown bench with tennis balls, water bowls, and bug spray in a storage bin under the seat. Access to the two small fields and stream is across the gravel driveway. My two homes on the property are vacation rentals by owner. If you see guests they may/may not have dogs. Welcome to Lix Creek Private Dog Park by Sniffspot! :) We would love to share our little slice of heaven with you! Upon entering the red gates, you'll see a picnic table and fire ring. There is a mowed path around the 20 acre property with red arrows directing along the way. You will also find a map on site to reference as well. There are 3 creek accesses if your fury friend would like to get a drink or play. In the plastic tote, there is fresh water, a bowl and some fetch toys. We live on the property and would be happy to answer any questions you have!
