Cathy your place is amazing. Very clean and safe to bring dogs. My friend Yvonne and her dog Mia ( her beloved dog) had such a great time. It was so nice to see Mia running free with out any worries about other dogs. Highly recommend!!

Best $17 EVER spent!!! Huge, beautiful, clean yard with lots of shade. We brought our pup and 1 year old son and they both had a blast!! 2 little pools for the dogs to play in, a hose and a storage box providing everything you need. Poop bags, towels to dry dog off, hand sanitizer and bug spray. Also, tons of seating if you’re coming with the entire family. We will be coming back weekly for sure.
They also made a cute little sign welcoming not only us, but our dog:)

This place was perfect for my boy Alfredo! The other dogs on the side of the fence did not bother him at all. As a matter of fact when we first arrived, he was playing chase with them on his side of the fence which is even better for safety! The baby pool, treats, toys, and the space overall is awesome. We are from out of town, but we travel here often, and we will absolutely be back!
Peaceful Acre is a beautiful, clean and welcoming place to bring your dogs! We moved here a year ago from NW Arkansas. The transition from living in a ranch style home on almost five acres with chickens, ducks, and goats, to a townhouse with a smidge of outdoor space was a new experience. Duncan, my Great Pyrenees, Marley and Mattie, the Dachshunds, found their slice of heaven at Peaceful Acre. Lots of space to run, trees for shade, water, toys, all the perks, and no leashes to hold them back! Awesome place! Thank you, for sharing it with us.❤️

Abbie loves running around this acre. I was a little unsure of how she would feel about other animals, but she ran up and down the fence line with dogs next door, watched the geese in their pen, had a blast with zoomies in and out of the bushes in the back. And she LOVED the little pool. We have a weird quirk of being nervous where there are a lot of animal smells, so she would get a little nervous up near the garage, but then she’d splash in the pool and be over it.
Cooper loved it. We appreciated the water and the pool. And the shady spots to take a rest. We will definitely be back.
This is a beautiful large open field with lots of good sniffs for dogs! There is a friendly Border Collie who lives next door who sometimes comes out to comment. The host has put semi-opaque screening on the fence to reduce the visibility, which has worked well for the dogs I've taken there.
I truly don't know how they keep the grass so lovely with regularly visiting dogs!

As usual, this spot was perfect. The yard is very large and clean, and Cathy provides so many nice amenities. My dogs just love the baby pool, and they got so much energy out just running and playing!
Another lovely visit! This was a last minute booking and I was so glad this spot was available. It was a warm day so the pup wandered around and sniffed then we sat in the shade together. What a great way to spend an afternoon.
Ranger loves Cathy’s yard. So much space for him to run around, and he really likes looking at the geese!
They had a blast. Clean. Wide open. The younger one raced up and down the fence playing with the dogs next door, but she could have just as easily ignored them thanks to the fencing. She loves other dogs but often overwhelms them so this was a great way for her to get to play safely. And the old guy sniffed everything and chased a tennis ball at his old guy pace. Thanks for sharing your space with them. 😊
Cathy is a great host! Her yard is large, clean, and fully fenced. The doggy pool and other amenities are great extras that you wouldn’t expect. My dog had a blast playing in her yard and can’t wait to come back.

This was such a great spot to bring our girls to! We have a Great Dane and a Lab/Pitty and they enjoyed sniffing everything, laying around, running after their tennis balls, laying in the small pool, and staring at the geese. It was a big spot and provided a lot: water, toys, chairs, shovel for poop. It was securely fenced, even when you park your car! Will definitely book again.
We had so much fun. Cathy put out some wonderful Easter surprises and my dogs really enjoyed their time.

This is a wonderfully peaceful and delightful spot! Exactly as advertised, the exception being the amazing border collies with whom Ruby ran and froliced along the fence. That was value added, for certain, lol. (The dogs are well kept in the neighboring yard, and blocked from view with a covering that suited Ruby's ADHD very well.) Bonus??? An EASTER PHOTO setup, complete with costumes. Cathy, thank you so much! :)

My dog Maia had a good time at this well-fenced, nicely-appointed yard. She got a chance to observe two geese that were in a fenced run, a first for her and very fitting considering tomorrow is Easter! She enjoyed wading in the kiddy pool, which was a nice treat because it was very sunny and warm.
Chester always has a good time here! I love that he can just “be”. The Easter picture area was a great idea!
The dogs had a blast running around and playing in the baby pool. And we got some great pics with the Easter photo shoot supplies! Another great visit!
Thanks again for another wonderful visit. Boomer and Bailey had a blast. We were pleasantly surprised to see a kind note telling us we were the 100th visit and was gifted a whale stuffy 🐶🐶❤️❤️🐳 Also loved the Easter wall. The pups are now asleep 😴
We were not sure what to expect and when we arrived out host had a little welcome tag for us. The place was super clean, lots of space to run and peaceful. Our 4 huskies love it!! They were super happy. Next time I am bringing a book and just let my dogs run without worrying about them. Another positive is when you park there is another fence before the yard that you can close prior to bringing out the dogs. My huskies are escaped artist and to having that additional gate before going in the yard is a plus for us. I highly recommend this place.
P.S. the host was super responsive when I had any questions another plus in our books! We will be frequent customers.

This is our favorite Sniffspot! The double gate, water, so clean, dig spots, and so much area to run, our dogs love it!
This was my first time ever using a Sniffspot and my dog and I both had a lovely time. It made me so happy to see my shy little pup running around without a leash and really enjoying himself. He was oddly fascinated by the geese in the fenced in pen and he took advantage of the digging spot. I appreciated the double gate as he really didn’t want to get back in the car at the end of our time. Thank you for sharing your yard with us; we’d love to visit again.

Clean, spacious and has a beautiful setting. The pups had tons of fun exploring , running and rolling on the grass. The little one was trying so hard to break into the ducks enclosure. Will definitely visit again.

What a wonderful time we had with Titan! The property is large and well kept. He had fun running along the fence with the neighbor dog and watching the geese! He will sleep well tonight. We will most definitely be back!!! Fantastic!
It was a lovely experience. They yard is large, well maintained and secure. They use chain link fence so on the side where the neighbors have dogs they have put up a “tarp” along the fence so your dog can’t see the neighbors dogs, which is helpful for dog reactive dogs such as mine. We will be coming back.
It was our first time and it was a wonderful experience for the dog, no outside distractions and she was able to enjoy the whole yard.
Everything was exactly as described. Secure fence and nice big yard that my dog enjoyed exploring. I only wish I had booked for an hour instead of 30 minutes!

This was the first spot we tried on this app and it’s perfect! It’s a nicely kept, mostly private area with plenty of safe fenced space for my puppy to run around. Cathy has a wonderful set up that is easy to get to and wonderful to visit. We plan on coming back frequently!
My Husband and I brought our two pups to this beautiful yard today and we fell in love! Grass was nice and short, very clean, and the host has everything you need! Toys, poop bags, scoopers, towels and water! The geese are also very cute to look at. We are going to be frequent flyers at this backyard! :)

A lovely spot and a gracious hostess! It was the perfect place for us to hang out with a sweet Berner pup.
FYI, for those visitors whose dogs are reactive, there is a neighbor dog who barked at us occasionally. It was the perfect amount of distraction for our Berner, but could be too much for a dog who is more environmentally sensitive.
We had a wonderful time! Easy to park, love that the gated parking area and be closed in while getting in/out of the car. Nearby school and construction had some noise, but that is good when training against distractions. Lovely care basket from the host with towels, poop bags, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. Very clean and secure. My pup had the best time ever! Will be back for sure.
"Peaceful" is accurate! Nice flat open area excellent for frolicking. Convenient location and still very spacious. Cathy thoughtfully provided towels which were very useful for a morning visit (dew on the grass). The small Leesburg Executive Airport is nearby so there were some airplanes overhead. My pup especially loved the flirt pole and the kong balls that were available to play with - and the flirt pole was very convenient for this human who wanted to sip some coffee in the comfy adirondack chair while tiring out the pup. Cathy is a splendid host and I am so glad she has made this SniffSpot available. We'll definitely be back!

We had a marvelous visit to Peaceful Acre. There is so much grass to romp upon and things to smell. My 1 year old GSP had a field day exploring every square inch of the huge yard. His friend, Stella, also enjoyed herself. This was the perfect place for their first meet up. We will be back (and back and back)!
