It’s a good spot if you want a place for your dog to sniff around for 30 or so minutes. The paths are pretty overgrown, short, and don’t always loop so you have to back track a bit. It’s not particularly relaxing to walk with the amount of trudging through the grass you have to do but my dog loved all the opportunities to explore. If your dog is dog reactive I wouldn’t recommend based on the amount of barking dogs. Would have loved a place to sit outside. The fruit trees would be a big bonus when in season!
Plenty of space, well-maintained paths, and a shady spot near the swingset were all much-appreciated features. Once we'd walked a bit down the path, I felt comfortable enough to let my boxer off leash for the first time in his almost 2 years of life.
There was a little bit of activity with vehicles and people moving about near the driveway/parking area and we could hear another dog barking nearby, so if your dog is particularly reactive or distressed by those sights and sounds, I'd suggest checking with the host ahead of time to see if it would be a suitable fit for your pup. They're very responsive and helpful over the app!
All in all, we had a great first visit and arrived home tick-free and happily worn-out.
