Description

Experience the ultimate pet-friendly private retreat at our 10-acre property, boasting an open field, pond with dock, paved parking, and indoor play room with rubber flooring for endless fun and relaxation! We do have a lure course and FastCat machine however, it is not included in the Sniff Spot package. If you’d like this set up it will be an upcharge, by availability and request only.

👍 Please check in at the building. NOT the house. RING THE BUILDING DOORBELL. DO NOT JUST WALK IN! 👍 Please leave your dog in your vehicle during check in. This is for safety of all people and doggos. 👍 We have ducks & chickens on the property. They will be put up for your visit. Please keep your dog away from those areas. 👍 Park responsibly in the parking spots. ⛔️ No parking or driving in the grass 👍The fenced-in dog runs connected to the building are NOT part of Sniff Spot. Please do not enter and keep your dogs away from antagonizing the dogs in there. There is a green material along the fence to limit visibility. 👍There is a designated potty zone for dogs. Please potty in that zone only, collect and dispose waste. We will show you during check in. 👍 After check in, please potty your dogs in the designated area as shown. This keeps the property clean. If you see feces, please let us know and we will clean it up immediately. 👍 IF you would like access to the play room, please ask about availability. This room is for daycare and training purposes primarily however, if there’s nothing going on AND your dog is friendly, we don’t mind you using it if it AND we are available. ‼️‼️‼️ ALL dogs are required to be vaccinated against Bordetella, Distemper, Influenza and Rabies. No exceptions will be accepted! Please provide those records to Sniff spot AND bring them in with you for your visit. We require ALL dogs to be current. If they are not, please do not book! ‼️ Front property not available for use. For safety. ⛔️ Stay out and away from house AND garage ⛔️ No Fishing ⛔️ Kayak is NOT for use ⚠️ Lure Course & FastCAT set up may be available by request, availability and additional fee. This is NOT part of Sniff Spot. Rules & restrictions apply. Please ask. ⚠️ YOU are responsible for your own safety ‼️ IF YOU HAVE A DOG THAT MAY BITE PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. We cannot restrict our children from coming and going. This is why your dog is restricted from the garage and house areas. 🌺 There are a lot of rules of course but this is for everyone, including your dogs safety. We are clear and very transparent. Please also don’t let this discourage your visit. We are a great environment of great people. Which you will see at check in. Thanks so much for your consideration.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
