45Host is very flexible and considerate which is why I gave the stars. A little disappointed for our first experience with sniff spot and this spot. One area wasn’t fenced in and other dog spot area was so long you could barely walk around. It’s a large area just not functional for us. Would maybe return if grass was kept or if the other dog area was fenced

55This was my First time using sniffspot and I chose Tillys Park due to its proximity to my home. My visit went well and the host even provided Tru (my pup) with treats. Unfortunately the ponds were pretty dry due to lack of rain. However, There was a pool but I wasn't certain if that was included. They did have a clear sign depicting a no dogs area which I found helpful. In all it was a great time Tru had a blast and I will definitely be going back.

55We had a great time at Tilly’s Farm! It was a completely different experience from our usual outings, and it was exactly what we needed. My dog, Bentley, had an absolute blast. One of my favorite parts was watching him run freely and just be a dog. It made me realize he has absolutely no fear! He was especially fascinated by the cows and even decided he wanted to challenge one of the bulls which definitely kept me on my toes! 😂 The property was peaceful, spacious, and a wonderful place to unplug and spend quality time together. If you're looking for where your dog has room to explore and enjoy the outdoors, I highly recommend Tilly’s Farm. Thank you for sharing your place!
55Our experience was beyond exceptional. The land and pastures were gorgeous and plenty of space for our boys to openly roam and explore, the patio was lovely for a dip in the pool or sitting down for a break in the shade! The baby cows and mama cows were gorgeous and so sweet and the baby goats were hilarious hopping around their pasture! Dinah was an amazing host providing me with cold water & treats for the pups! We can’t wait to visit again! 💗🐾

We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available.
