This is a hay field. Entire field MAY or MAY NOT be mowed. Feel free to message first if that is a concern. We do keep pathways mowed. There are a few visible houses. Cows and horse in adjacent field.

I’m a dog trainer and I run a dog boarding/daycare from my home (hence all the different fenced spaces). Daycare and boarding dogs will be taken indoors during your visit so that you and your pup can have uninterrupted time to play/work together in a quiet environment. The main SniffSpot is currently about 7,000 sq ft in our side field, which is perfect for running, playing fetch, working on recall and other obedience commands, and is full of smells to sniff out. Coming soon: - enlarged fenced space (about 10,000 sq ft) - agility equipment - pool

NOTE: pool is no longer available for rent. Pricing is for yard ONLY. Fully fenced in yard with chicken wires on wood fence(small dog friendly)! There’s a large tree in the yard and I’m happy to provide some dog toys as well :)

Nice fenced in backyard for furry friends to run around. Plenty of sticks and dog toys on hand at all times. Hose, sprinkler available if desired. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available, otherwise they will remain inside during visits.

A 26 acre small farm, mostly forested/undeveloped with over a mile of flagged, cleared trails for you and your pooch to get some exercise and lots of interesting sniffs! Stoney Run, a small stream, traverses the property, and is accessible from several trail locations. As a circuit you will walk over a couple of miles just on the trail. The rest of the 26 acres is also free to roam, but typically tree covered. The farm animals can be fenced in an acre area, as requested. Our dogs can easily be put inside and our Pyrenees detained, if your pooch isn’t interested or ready for that sort of interaction. Typically our big guy, Titan, is the best part of our visiting dog’s experience. But that will be left entirely up to you. You can hit the trails and chase some squirrels , or play with Titan, or mix it up with a variety of the two as most of our guests tend to do. Our beautiful, forested Shenandoah Valley parcel will be yours to sniff about freely.

Private, safe large grassy area for great exercise and sporting practice! Chain link fencing fully enclosed the entire area with safety hooks. Optional areas outside chain link fencing for further walking and exploration. **Optional inground swimming pool use with signed waiver, strict rules and additional fees. Inquire further. [Otherwise pool is off limits.] Water hose available for washing dogs. Bring your own dog shampoo and towel. OPTIONAL PERK FOR YOUR DOG! ENERGY HEALING! I’m a REIKI MASTER and specialize in dogs of all sizes. Extra fees apply per session based on # minutes; not dog size. Inquire further.

I have an acre field and an acre of woods that is great for fetch and playing. It borders Interstate 64 and Miller School Road, and is currently unfenced. Please note that while it is unfenced, there is ample room to be away from the roads, but I would not advise having a dog known to run off leash here. I will keep my dog inside the house while you are here and you are free to park anywhere along the driveway or beside my vehicles.
