Instructions for the entrance: 1. You will see a black gate open upon your arrival on the west side where the white mail box is. 2. Pass the speed bump and you will see a parking sign, please park there. 3. You will also see an entrance and sniffspot sign next to park sign. 4. As soon as you start walking towards the back pls feel free to use the whole back of the property. 5. Trail is towards the very back of the property for which you will ne guided by the arrows. Pls be advice on the rainy days the property can get get little muddy in the back so be prepared accordingly.

Welcome to Parc Soleil, where your dogs can romp through the woods. Plenty of amenities. You can hang out in the chairs and watch the boats go by. Marine Traffic is a good app to identify the boats. 6' chainlink fencing. Plenty of parking and double gated entry for groups. There is no lighting, so bring your headlamp for winter evenings. This area has been newly de-brushed, so it's just dirt until we can plant grass in the fall. Use the discount code NOGRASS20 until there is grass in the spring.

Welcome into our yard, we would love to have you as a guest! The size of space is unprecedented in Seattle. It is a large space fully fenced. Water, garbage, seating, rain cover, toys, hand sanitizer, etc. provided. We have recently installed a few barriers to help with neighbor dogs barking and areas under remodel. Our yard though is always in use and evolving. Please see additional information with what to expect before booking.

Trash can, dog bag dispenser, sanitizer, bowls, and toy bin ready for use! Parking is on the grass behind shop with welcome sign. Main gate will be left open for easy access. Partially fenced open space with barn, silo, fruit trees. Tall grass, brush, blackberry bushes, and swampy wetlands create a natural border to our property where there isn't a fence. A small section near the driveway is not fenced. Parking available by the barn/silo. Please note that the ENTIRE property is available for your dogs to play, run and sniff. There are two residences on the property (our blue-gray house and a large, detached pale yellow garage with MIL); the yard extends southward all the way around both buildings on the Eastside.
