Welcome to my fully fenced private dog park! This spacious yard offers plenty of room for dogs to run, explore, play fetch, and burn off energy in a safe environment. The yard features mature trees for shade, open grassy areas for zoomies, and comfortable outdoor seating for owners. I am an experienced dog owner and pet sitter, and I take pride in maintaining a clean, secure space for dogs of all sizes. Water is available, and I often provide toys, enrichment activities, and plenty of opportunities for play. Whether your dog needs a quiet place to sniff and explore, splash around, or a large area to run and stretch their legs, this spot is designed with dogs in mind!

Welcome to Ivy’s Backyard! 🐾 We’re excited to offer a private, fenced backyard where dogs can run, explore, sniff, play, and enjoy some off-leash freedom in a safe environment. Whether your pup loves zoomies, playing fetch, relaxing in the sun, or simply exploring new smells, we hope they’ll have a great time here! The yard is accessed through a gated entrance, allowing guests to enter directly without needing to come through the house. This is a shared residential property where my parents, brother, and I live. We are all aware of and supportive of the Sniffspot, and we strive to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all visitors. I also have a friendly dog named Ivy who lives on the property. During Sniffspot visits, Ivy will remain inside the home and should not interfere with your visit. She is generally very quiet and rarely barks, so most dogs are not bothered by her presence. My goal is to provide a calm and enjoyable experience for both you and your pup. Guests are welcome to relax on our backyard patio during their visit. The patio includes seating and a TV, making it a comfortable place to lounge while your dog plays. I also provide access to outdoor extension cords and electrical outlets if needed. For dogs who enjoy water, we have a small backyard pool (approximately 2–3 feet deep) that guests are welcome to use at their own discretion. Please supervise your dog at all times and ensure they can safely enter and exit the pool. We also keep a splash pad available in the yard 24/7 for dogs who love to cool off, play in the water, or simply have a little extra fun during their visit.
