Escape with your pup to this forested haven on a spacious 1+ acre lot with fenced 0.25 acres. The tree canopy keeps the air comfortably cool, offering the perfect refuge from the summer heat. Nearby, a babbling creek beckons, providing a serene setting to immerse yourself in the sounds of nature, meditate, and recharge. The naturally wooded terrain may be uneven with long grass, brush, and fallen branches, but ample seating including swings, trampoline, and hammock are provided for you to enjoy while your dog romps. We advise caution and close supervision with small unleashed dogs due to occasional coyotes and bobcats in the area (although they are naturally wary of humans and we’ve had no real-life run-ins, only caught on trail cam). If you're lucky, you may spot a great blue heron, barred owl, spawning salmon, or even a river otter. Our spot is ideal for dogs and their humans who seek a peaceful oasis just minutes from the city.

Large fenced in yard, with green grassy fields! My dogs love to roll in the grass, and yours might too! It is a fun yard to explore for all dog types, and some shady spots for them to stay cool. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park and only a couple of miles away from midtown and downtown Sac. We've got toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, a pup pool, and lots of smells for the furry friends. For the humans, we've got 2 nice patio spaces, a table, beverages, bug spray, and sunscreen. We also have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use as well. We have outdoor lights for the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. Also, we have made our property as safe and clean as possible, but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so, so there is uneven ground, and occasionally muddy grass areas where neighbor's irrigation seeps into our yard on the back of the property or after rain, so please use our property at your own risk. We do have towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful by cleaning up after yourself and your dog. Thank you so much!

We have a fully fenced yard. There is a maple tree to provide shade in the afternoon and a patio umbrella in the morning. There is seating for five. The cushions are in the deck box on the patio. Also, there is a basket of dog toys in the large bin. If you have any questions, please ask! Please enjoy yourself!

I have a quiet fenced-in yard on a corner lot just minutes from Town Center. As the parent of a dog that suffers from anxiety, I completely understand the need for controlled environments that allow your dog the chance to be their best self. I'm proud to provide a spot where your dog can run and play in a quiet and protected space far from any of their usual stressors. We also provide an enclosed sun room so the parents have their own space to relax while watching their animals enjoy themselves.

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulnessof the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well and there sill be a bowl of fresh water for them on the deck. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.
