Description

Our spot is a private fenced in rooftop that is approximately 500 square feet in East Williamsburg. Enjoy comfy couches, a hammock chair, tables and WiFi during your stay. We provide dog toys, water, treats and a shaded dog bed. Everyone and every pup is welcome here! Keep in mind the rooftop gets full sun on sunny days. There is an umbrella, but it doesn’t shade the whole space. Accessibility: It is 4 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. The building does not have an elevator. We live 1 flight down and love dogs! We have a 10 year old Pittie mix named Cocoa. She loves all humans, but not so much dogs, so she’ll stay in our apartment during your rental. We’re always available for questions or if you need anything. Thanks for considering our rooftop spot!

48 Inch Doggy Pool$10

We offer a 48 inch doggy pool (12 Inches deep, but do not have to fill it up this high if you have a small dog) upon request so that your pup can stay cool in the hot sun or just have some good ol' water fun!

High Noons/Beer Available$7

While we know you are here for your pup, why not have a little relaxation for yourself??!! We offer High Noons, Michelob Ultra, and Samuel Adams upon request.

Hi! Thanks for taking a look at our spot. We love the idea of Sniffspot because we have a gorgeous 10 year old house hippo pittie mix who is amazing with humans, but dog (and squirel) reactive so we get why some pups need a little extra private space. :) It makes us happy to make dogs happy and safe.

Busy Fulton Street feels miles away from this grassy, private heaven. The yard is fully fenced in. Feel free to use the patio furniture and hammock, as well as the WiFi password. We are open to neighbors who want to work remotely from here. Please let me know if you have any questions🐶
