Hello! This is my private backyard, I own 5 dogs of my own and dabble in dog sports, so everything here is dog-centered! We have a nice yard that connects to the woods at the Ryan Rec center, a hammock and patio with wifi, bird feeders and many different native plants to offer enrichment for your dogs! Property also has an optional agility course, spring pole and plenty of dog toys that can be provided :)

Fenced in 1 acre, cross the bridge and enter through horse gate and latch the gate with the chain . There is a wooded side area with path around it for dog to run around next to our creek, no access to creek from yard. Our neighbors horses are to the right and in the back of our property also. The horses are not where the dog area is.

Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Your dogs are welcome to get in any of the current ponds during construction 🦺

Close to downtown, located on the flood wall of the Ohio River, a cozy fully fenced retreat for dogs of all shapes and sizes. With a 4' fence and side yard or flood wall entrance, you and your pup can have some well deserved respite in our backyard.

Fully fenced in 1 acher yard totally free for running and playing! Sprinkler and pool available in warmer months. Drinking water from hose always available with water trough.

We are on 3.5 acres in Warren county, 4 miles from Kings island. TWO acres are fenced. The unfenced section is in the front of our house with a large pond, and long driveway with plenty of parking space. We have a large chicken run and coop that is on-site. Please do not open the run door to go inside. We own 2 dogs, you may or may not see them outside but if you do, it will be in a secured dog run that is attached to the house. Our 20x40 ft, in-ground pool will be open from Memorial Day weekend thru late September. It is 3 feet deep at the stair entrance and slops to 11 feet on the deep end. This section has its own additional fence. You are welcome to enter and allow your swimmers to have some summer fun! We will have balls and toys available. *IMPORTANT* if you aren’t certain how your dog will react in a pool, or if they have never jumped into water, be ready to jump in with them. We are not liable/responsible for accidents. Additionally, if you have an off-leash dog, you are also welcome to use the pond for swimming. Special notes: if there has been a significant rain event 12-24 hours before your visit, our fenced area will be wet. Not sloppy mud but wet. Your dog may get dirty.

Hi there! We are an animal loving family. We totally understand the hardship of having pets & not having the space we desire, but now we have the space & we want to make that desire possible for others as well! We also understand that not everyone & not every dog is a social butterfly so we are welcoming to those who also just want some privacy with their dogs & not have to worry about other people, children or other dogs. Although we do have a couple friendly critters who love to play that can come out upon request, otherwise fear not, they will always be secure in the house. As we approach the hotter spring/summer months, we will also have a doggie kitty pool & a fire pit for anyone who wants to use it. Our yard is the perfect yard for anyone who needs the privacy, wants to do off leash training, a neutral area to introduce dogs, & a space to meet friends & known dogs without the stress of worrying about unknown dogs! A little about myself, I have a 3.5yo working Australian Cattle Dog that I’m also getting into AKC Fast Cat & Dock Diving! Then I also have a 5.5mo Staffordshire Terrier that I am looking to get into weight pull & hopefully dock diving!

***Trail last groomed 4/15. Next trail grooming planned for 5/17.*** 15+ acres of natural wooded trails, groomed for ease of walking/running. Perfect for dog walks & play or if you just wanted to be with nature for a while. Trails are very private and secluded, once you pass the house, you’re on your own.
