55This is a beautiful property, perfect for summer with an easy access point to the Brandywine. There's no fence as noted on listing, but that's not a problem for my GSP as he's e-collar trained with decent recall. I appreciated all the small touches our host put out for us; especially the water along the path so I didn't have to schlep Goose's water bottle on a hot day. 10/10 can't wait to go back.
55A secluded country oasis! Expansive area to explore. Crossed a meadow and past a dense tree line to a well maintained path that runs parallel to a large creek. Plenty of room to roam, splash, and roll in all the smells. Host was friendly and attentive as well! Wonderful experience.
55Would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible - Erica’s meadow is simply spectacular. We booked 2 hours for our GSD and even in the rain it was exactly what we were looking for - private and remote, lots of open land to throw the frisbee, easy and wide trail, and perfect access to the Brandywine river where the water was shallow enough for Zuri to walk around (she doesn’t swim yet). The meadow trail was a perfect loop which we did twice, and the purple wild flowers throughout the trail were SO beautiful!! Having a reactive dog, it is such a gift to come to a place like this and let our girl off leash and not have to worry about seeing anyone else and she can just be free! Thanks so much Erica, we can’t wait to come back!!
55Wonderful spot! Lovely open meadows, picnic setup beside a stream, mowed trails along creek and warm, welcoming hosts! We had a great time and will be back!
55Harper and I had a fantastic afternoon here at Erica’s! We swam in the Brandywine, wandered around the meadows and trees, and Harper explored and sniffed to her heart’s content. Erica was fantastic even after I arrived late. She offered to extend my time so I could be there for the full hour even though it was my fault I was late. Highly recommend and will be back soon!

Description

Plenty of acres for discovery; located in quiet Newlin Township just minutes outside of Unionville, West Bradford, & Coatesville. Nestled in the valley surrounded by rolling hills. Our meadow has the Brandywine Creek along the whole property. A smaller creek running thru as well with a nice rest spot. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets to see. You have access to the Brandywine Creek if you’re dog/s likes to splash and play! Different levels of water from ankle deep, to swimming deep; and many entrances to access and play in the creek for the pups and humans. Parking is safe, secure & private, so you can unload you’re pup & begin exploring. Bring the water toys, paddle boards, canoes etc, if you’d like! We do it all! We have the perfect spot to relax & take a break, with chairs, large table, umbrella & more. This area is located right walking distance/near parking for easy access to car to get supplies for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. (We have a pull along wagon if needed for supplies). Wild life all around, from fish to the majestic Bald Eagle pair, to be seen! Don’t miss out on this beautiful tucked away meadow, right out of a painting! Be prepared with all terrain boots/shoes and dogs that aren’t afraid to get dirty while having fun!

I am a nature & farm lover! Enjoying our family farm for all my life. We have one puppy born in Dec 2023, Aussie Cow Heeler. He is such a ham, & has inspired us to open our land up to others with their pups to enjoy! I am a graduate of CCU, experienced in the medical field, business, marketing & much more! Focusing on our farm mainly and enjoying every minute of doing what I love! Gardening, harvesting, hay bailing etc. I have 1 daughter, who is a girl after my own heart, she loves to ride horses & explore our farm as well! She wants to enter the veterinary field when she gets older.

6’ Fully fenced (mostly wood, one section of vinyl) private yard with a shed & pear tree. The yard offers a nice balance of sun and shade all day long! Lighted for the evening time (motion activated) for the maximum amount of play possible! For the pups: big open space perfect for zoomies, a game of fetch, safe training space, chasing your doggy friends/siblings or human(s), sniffing the squirrel tracks, sunbathing, stick finding/chomping if any fell down, a tug-toy that can be height adjusted for solo entertainment (or tucked out of the way if you don’t want your pup to play with it), and fresh water access with stainless steel water bowl. Other offerings that we share with you (weather dependent) are a plastic kiddie pool & other water toys as an add-on. We are looking to get some agility equipment & other enrichment items soon too! For the humans: patio chairs & table available, single hammock with stand (kept in shed, assembly/disassembly needed for use pending the season), and peace of mind that any low points in the fence have a secondary metal segment that you can see so there are no escapees! Bring a picnic blanket and enjoy the sun/shade with your pup and don’t forget the towels if you’re enjoying the water features! If it starts to get too windy or rainy for you, enjoy watching your furry friend while being protected from inside the shed - just secure the door on the right with the hook & eye latch. Need to work while your pup(s) get playtime in? No problem - service is strong from cell providers and/or I can provide my guest wifi for your use. Send me a message and let me know if you need anything or have any feedback - we’d love to make this a safe, comfortable, and fun place for everyone of our guests - human and canine!
