The huge backyard is fully fenced and approximately 2 acres. There are also 20 acres of unfenced woods.

Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters. No immediate neighbors have dogs that share a fence with us. Occasionally, a dog in the distance may be outside near the southeast corner, but this is rare, ensuring a calm and enjoyable visit for your pet. Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Come visit us and give your dog the freedom they deserve!! Feel free to bring a speaker if you want to listen to music during your visit! 🐾

Just about 1 acre of flat grass that is completely surrounded by 6’ chain link fence. Outdoor spigot w/hose, outdoor power outlet, free high speed WiFi password, trash can, off street parking, picnic table with umbrella, hammock available upon request. Amazing sunset views

(PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY) *we may have limited availability until the end of hunting season.* THIS IS AN ACTIVE FARM. YOU MAY SEE FARM EQUIPMENT NEAR THE BARN, ETC. Come enjoy our little paradise! Sugar Creek runs through the back of our property. You are welcome to enjoy it, just be careful while walking the trails. We do have chickens and turkeys on the front of the property. PLEASE leash your dogs until you are on the trail. It’s also very important to leave on time and not show up early. We have multiple guests a day and we need to let our dogs out as well during the day. If you do arrive early, please sit on the 1/4 mile driveway until your allotted time. If you are late, just send us a message if you would like to stay after your scheduled time to make up for being late. We may be out with our dogs doing chores in between guests. We want to continue to host for SniffSpot but we are having issues with people going over allotted time, allowing their dogs to chase our animals, and wandering around spots that are not for guests. All we ask is that guests are respectful of our animals and our property. Our house is not part of the SniffSpot. Please do not bring your dogs up to the front of our house. Our dogs are inside and will see you & start barking. There’s plenty of land to explore!

We have a 2 acre fenced pasture behind the house. The grass may be long, however, will be occasionally cut so shouldn’t be crazy. Your dog and shoes may get muddy after rainy days. Please plan ahead. The fenced area is entered on the right side of the property through swinging gates. Owners of small dogs may want to be careful near the gates as the openings are large enough for small dogs to get through.

This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch are some of the farming activities you might encounter! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. About 2 acres of woods, about a quarter acre completely open with no trees. The rest is open but there are a few trees spread throughout. There’s also a couple trails around the property and through the woods.
