55Visiting this sniffspot was probably one of the best days of my pups lives! It was very easy to access and the host was just wonderful! We were welcomed and shown the property which was fully fenced and safe for them to roam. Towels, dog shampoo, bug spray, sunscreen, treats and so much more was provided so the experience could be enjoyed to the fullest! They just couldn't get enough of the water and splashed around the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend this spot for anyone with pups who need lots of stimulation and new things to sniff and explore.

55We have been to some wonderful sniff spots, and this one knocks them out of the park! Jayme is so kind and truly has thought of everything. My dogs had the best time swimming and splashing in the pond. The fence is secure all the way around. Cannot recommend highly enough! We are already going back tomorrow!
55This was our first experience with SniffSpot and it was everything we could have hoped for! Jayme was an excellent host. We also found out our dog loves playing in the water which was a fun surprise :) we definitely plan on coming back!

Description

Private property with 5+ acres of both a manicured lawn for frisbee tossing, belly rubs, and stick chases! Also we have a woodland walking track for sniffing and exploring, possibly ending in a swim in our 1/4 acre pond. All privately field fenced.

Cleanliness

100% of guests said this spot was as clean as expected during their visit.

Hazards

Walking trail is woodland and native with exposed roots and rocks- so watch your step, (due to this we have NO after dusk appointments). The field and open (tall) grassy areas could certainly have “vermin” crops (like stickers) and pesky insects (like ticks) and/or spiders and snakes! ** in warm months, Insect repellent is provided (in the guest box), but Nature often finds a way, so staying on the large front lawn might be an option for ya! **We are NOW closed on Fridays for all our property maintenance, which includes using a lawn service for weed control and fertilization and a pond management company. If your dog is sensitive to (non organic) lawn products, please message me for date of last treatment. There is a garden shed and a storage roll off. Please do not open these doors if closed. Lastly, there is a small open barn which operates as our property workshop. Please me mindful of tools and equipment in this area. ***This spot has a water feature. We use a professional service to keep the pond healthy and worry free. Last note- loud, joyful laughter while enjoying your dog(s) run and enjoy themselves is highly contagious! *** if you find an available time slot but are under the required reservation time- text me and let me know- I love being spontaneous and hopefully we can accommodate you. 🐾
