This is a GREAT spot! Peaceful, clean, not too big but big enough for most of us. Rachel was VERY communicative and helpful. There is plenty of room to run and chase - it's not Chuck-It territory but regular throws were fine. The fences are low, so a bad throw could go over. It's also a yard that might not be ideal for really escape-prone dogs - jumpers could clear the fences or the 3' retaining wall beside the hot tub. We saw the neighbor once - the wire fence has no visual barriers - but my guys didn't mind at all, they were too happy fetching and chewing! Otherwise quiet and extremely peaceful. One other note - the space to park by the garage is a bit short if you pull straight in, so if you have a longer vehicle it could hang out into the alley. I have a MINI Clubman and it was still too long - I wedged in sideways - but if you have a longer vehicle you might want to park on either street at the alley entrance and walk back to the gate just to be safe and respectful.
