Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility. Starting March 20, the hose will be on! A wash station will be added shortly. Anything inside the fence is yours to use, including the items in tote (towels, poop bags, leash). We encourage barking and fun!

Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 3/4 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Beautiful, scenic, secluded 3.62 acres for your pups to revel in. There is a patio with table and chairs for humans to relax. front yard has a hill with a long driveway for some great exercise and backyard is fully fenced. Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. This setting is named after our beautiful late German Shepherd, Cheyenne, who lives on in our hearts forever.

This is 6ft fence .8 grassy and trees private backyard. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. At the moment I am improving the amenities such as future fire hydrant for dogs to peep ;) I know but it is needed… if there is a need to create a agility training park I would love to do that as well, so if there are any people who need to train their dogs off leash and need secure/ Safe area to work with a dog I think my backyard is the place. I train my dogs for conformation so I know how important is the quiet safe space to get dogs to focus on work. I am open to suggestions from visitors. During summer months I have gazebo on the deck for shelter and garden Forniture. Water for dogs and trash can for waste. The perimeter is fenced with 4' fencing and there's a big sliding gate along the driveway. We are currently working on adding play features, toys and amenities.

We have about a quarter acre fully fenced in with 6 foot privacy fence. There is plenty of parking in our driveway. Bowls of water will be provided and cleaned after each visit. Please feel free to make use of the full space, including the deck and fire pit seating area! We just asked that you please clean up after your pet. We will provide poop bags and a pooper scooper with a receptacle for disposal. We also usually have racquetballs out for your dog to play with. We hope you enjoy your time in our yard that we used to enjoy with our dogs no longer with us.

Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in my driveway (but please do not block in any cars). Thank you for considering our Sniffspot!
