This spot has a private patio, electrical outlets, hogwire fence (small dog friendly), dog house “cabin,” and a water hose. The patio includes an outdoor dining table for 6, a bar height table for 4, a large sectional, and an amenity table with: bug spray, poop bags, hand sanitizer, toys, a water bowl, leash, etc. We also have a propane patio heater available for an additional $10 charge. *Please ensure humans and pets do not go onto the raised deck; there is a gate blocking the stairs*

Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Fence backyard that is spacious, with sturdy fencing all around to ensure the safety of the dogs. It’s landscaped with grassy areas for running and playing fetch, along with shaded spots for resting. My yard is fully fenced for your fur friend to run and sniff around! I have a table with chairs, rockers and a lounge for humans to enjoy. There is a hose out back. The neighborhood is super calm and quiet, and often the only sounds are birdsong! At the end of my block, there is a walking trail (South river trail). Very quiet also.
