Description

Please come share our 10 acres with us! (5 acres to roam the other 5 has our personal residence.) Bring your pup to just run some energy off, swim, train birding or hunting dogs, or bring the family for a picnic. There are several large pecan trees provide great shade in each area! We love hosting guest and their fur babies. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Please park by SniffSpot sign and railroad tie. This is at the first curve of the driveway on the left by the first water crossing. Please pick up after your pet. *Directions* I'd love to send you a pin drop for mapping directions. :) We are directly off hwy 64, north side, see mailbox picture. DO NOT TURN DOWN 145TH. THERE IS NO ACCESS TO OUR PROPERTY VIA 145TH. See Picture to show Birdseye view of property. See Pictures to highlight driveway access off hwy 64. See Picture to highlight dog area. Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Great spot! Easy to get to, parking was great and the dogs had a wonderful time. It was super peaceful, you can hear their chickens/roosters and see some horses in the distance. Really beautiful property we will be visiting again!

All size dogs are welcomed. :) My dog has toys that stay outside that are welcomed to be played with. I can also pick them up beforehand if requested. We have a few tree limbs in the yard that have broken off our neighbors trees during storms, but we have left them - honestly because our dog likes to try to pick them up haha!
