This property is located next to RVA fields and is privately owned. The property is fully fenced with a 6ft high fence and just about two acres!

Beautiful, private, fenced in, landscaped yard available for use and play! Please see photos - as there are two gates, there is information posted on which gate to enter an exit. Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste (after wrapped in plastic bag), in the trashcan located on the driveway. Cameras are on premises to ensure safety and cleanup. Please note, in the description and photos there is a small natural pond on the premises. This is open and accessible. Great to get zoomies out before or after a leashed hike or training class in our onsite dog training school. Feel free to stop by Buddy's Boutique after playtime for a doggie snack or new toy. Walk down the sidewalk until you see the gate with the SniffSpot sign.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!
