3.5 acres, fully-fenced, mostly wooded property. There are walking trails throughout and a little stream that goes from about 3 inches deep to 3 feet deep. There are two bridges that cross the stream. Very serene walk in the woods to enjoy nature with your pup or pups. Perfect spot for running, playing, sniffing, digging and exploring! This is a natural, wild backyard so you can expect natural plants and wildlife -plenty of things to investigate and sniff! Reminder that this is a property within a wooded area so encounters with natural wildlife and insects could occur. A few times I saw a coyote off in the woods in the neighbors yard as well, but not in my own yard. Once you book, you and your dog(s) will be the only ones there during your time. The “spot” becomes unavailable for everyone when you reserve it. Only one person “rents” the space at a time! Sniffspot automatically builds in a 30 min buffer between sessions as well so there is no chance of overlap. This property borders a wooded area on one side and a few houses with backyards on the other. It is fully wooded with much natural cover as a buffer between the neighbors. The property is 330+ yards long and 50 yards wide - plenty enough space for full zoomies!

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

Pre-made ATV trails, creeks, wetlands and a small river await exploring by you and your pup(s) while immersed in solitude and nature. We welcome you to our little peace of heaven backing up to the national watershed reserves and game-land. We offer parking on the side of our yard away from the house where you'll have access to 4+ acres of woods within our property, and trail entrances to the public water-shed/game-lands. ******We only open our Sniffspot during non-hunting seasons for safety purposes. ****** Our family has been hiking these same trails for 10+ years, and over 100's of times with our pups. We have been blessed with its wonderous beauty and the pure exhilaration our furry babies get being out there, doing what they love. 12 acres partially wooded, recently cleared unfenced land! There’s a creek running through it, and all private. Very mulchy right now from being cleared, but easy to walk through and areas of large clearing. Dogs heaven!

Rural area with off-street parking. Pond, mulch area, and walking path. Great spot for fur babies. My Sugar and Jax love this spot and have thrived. My babies will be in the house while others play. Come bring your fur babies and have fun.

Our property covers the creek by the road and extends into woods that are not used by anyone. Our friendly cat may join you on your walk, or you could get quacked at by my ducks! I can secure the cat and ducks if needed, but my chickens are very independent and tend to stay close to the house. I am home most of the time, and usually outside to give walking tips or point out landmarks; also for any problems! My yard is not part of the site! I would prefer if you would keep your dogs secure around my home and pet poultry, until you get down to the creek/woods.

Large yard for throwing their favorite toys which is partially fenced. Inside the fenced yard is a beautiful covered porch with access to wifi, 32in TV, and two comfortable swivel chairs. We currently have one older female lab mix that we can keep inside. She would love a play date, if you're into that as well. Always available for overnight or daycare visits as well. I live near a wonderful 2.5 mile walking trail which in almost right in my back yard . My yard has a 7 foot fence , the gate is has a paddle lock for safety. Shaded back yard . When it is hot the dogs come inside to cool off . I live in a very safe and quite development.

It's off the main highway it's grass areas abd wooded with trails to walk your dog or just let him/ her run and enjoy. Don't have to worry about any traffic,it's a creek that runs threw property,we clean up any poop the dog does and it's a very safe place
