The house is very difficult to find, there isn’t a house number on the mailbox or the house. There were three bags of trash outside the entrance to the yard. The gate had wire partially put on so small dogs couldn’t get out. The gates in the back of the yard are dilapidated and falling apart. There was wire put up on the gates . There was dog feces all over the yard. I was there about 10 minutes of my hour that I booked. I decided that this is not a safe place for my dogs to be.
Host replied: I apologize you didn't have a good experience, the reason for the trash is because the bins in the alley were full. Also where was the dog feces because I have a poop scoop feces come by weekly to clean the yard? And I'm more than open to feedback because that only helps provide the best experience for future customers. In regards to fencing all precautions have been taken to prevent small dogs from escaping due to occasionally dog sitting small dogs. I also own two working dogs that are safe and love the backyard on a daily basis. Also if you look at the mailbox you will see the house number. I wish you the best in finding a yard for your dogs.

Hello! This is our newly purchased home that we will be renovating but in the meantime our backyard is yours for you and your doggos! I may or may not be there working but your welcome to use our yard and pool whether I’m there or not for the time being. Once construction is done we will be expecting to stop offering our yard sometime after 7/1/24. *** I will mention we have gotten some reviews with people upset on the presentation of our yard seeing wood with nails sticking out with dog feces being left behind. I do understand the concern and everything has since been cleaned and updated pics will be posted first thing 3/24/24. We do not have the most perfect pristine show backyard that you may be expecting but there is a perfectly good pool for you and the doggo and chairs and plenty of room for the pups to run around. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT OUR PROPERTY PLEASE EITHER ASK OR BRING IT UP TO US BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER YOUR VISIT. If there is anything you see that could be considered a hazard please message me so I can mitigate the issue immediately. I will accommodate best I possibly can under this new building time in our lives. We would love to have you but we also want you to feel safe and comfortable. We have an amazing open space and a pool should you or your dog want to go for a swim. The neighbors dog may or may not be out there but we are working on putting in privacy slats so they don’t bother barking too much. Cobb Farm AZ - Fully Fenced Private Yard In Tempe

Home to Ralphie the goat, Teddy the Pomeranian, Buster the dachshund, and 5 chickens, the back yard of our property is expansive and fully cinder block wall fenced in. We have a baby pool for the animals to cool off in, a, large trees with lots of shade, and tremendous privacy for the whole 2 acres. Please park your car up the long driveway in front of the shop at the back of the property, then walk back up the driveway to enter the back yard using the gate near the main house garage door. Teddy and Buster will be kenneled inside the house for your visit, unless you specifically request their presence. Ralphie the Goat can be put into the enclosure where the chickens live at your request prior to your visit.
