55This is one of the easiest sniffspots to find which is such a relief! The signage and hosts instructions were perfect and very easy to follow! We were in Ewetopia and it’s a massive pasture with some hills and tall grass to run through, roll in, and sniff! There are some trees that offer shade in some spots and there is a water trough so the dogs have plenty of access to drinkable water. I’d still come on a day where it’s a bit cooler if your dog is sensitive to heat or isn’t a water bug who will put themselves in the trough. The trough is big enough for one of my 60 pound dogs to lay in. She did slip some, but didn’t mind and camped out there for awhile. :) When you book, make sure to call ahead of time to ask and see which spots would be available. It seems like some of the areas may have different features so you can book and see what you and your dog would like best! All in all, it’s a super awesome spot and I’m hoping to return to explore some more :)
55We love the wide open field that Clydesdale can get a full, long run in
55Our second time here and our girl loves it. Enormous, fully fenced in pastures let her explore to her heart’s content
55Ruby had so much fun and I had a relaxing, worry-free walk with her. We played lots of ball and she got wetted down at the trough where she quenched her thirst. It was beautiful with some shady areas and lots and LOTS of running space. There was even a trash can for users convenience. Super friendly host! Our visit today was so quiet and peaceful and fun. We will book here regularly I’m sure.
55It was fabulous! The adjacent pastures were empty during my visit. A plus as my dog is reactionary. My pup really enjoyed her visit. It was a large space with a lot to sniff, some shade too. Will be returning soon!
55Michele was a great host and we had some tired pups after visiting her sniff spot!
45The farm is very beautiful. My dogs were very reactive to seeing the farm dogs as we approached and caused quite a stir, but the spot was good for running, playing, shade, and general exercise. I hope to try this Sniffspot again soon.
55This is an amazing place for Louie to run with his friends! Great place for humans to enjoy the view. Michele is great to work with and always responsive! You won't regret the experience
55We absolutely looooved being able to spend the afternoon at Michele's property. The directions were straight forward and easy to follow and we had so much space to run around around sniff around. Will absolutely coming back again.
55Always a blast to go here!

Host replied: Hi there Barbara, I am sorry your pups were ‘very reactive’ & perhaps we are not right for your dogs? There will be animals everywhere on our farm no mater what field we have available to be rented? I don’t want folks to be disappointed & not knowing that this is a dog park. More restrictive town setting maybe is best. Your getting lost in our county must have been real frustrating & I guess why the 4 stars instead of 5 as our trail cameras never saw you in the field trying us out? So if refund is better I fully understand. Ask for refund or I can send you a check for your cost minus 30 percent as Sniffspot keeps the 30% for their administration & advertising. I am so sorry for driving by us:(

Hello! My name is Katie and we are so excited to offer our yard space to your furry best friend. My family has lived in an apartment the last two years while house hunting in Crozet, and we have learned how difficult it is to have dogs without access to a yard. Now that we are settling into our new home, we are excited to offer our space for afternoon fetch, morning zoomies, and just lounging in the sunshine. Animals just make the world a better place. You will always have complimentary access to our hammock and swing gazebo. Please refrain from using the kids play equipment! Come enjoy some nature time in our yard in Crozet. :) Arrival Notes: When you arrive you can park anywhere on our gravel driveway. The gate to the right of the house that goes into our garden is where you will enter. This “holding” area in the garden gives you a chance to triple check there are no lingering guests or animals in the yard. Once you are in our backyard please shut the gate behind you. Most guests enjoy hanging out in the firepit area where there are hammock swings and seating. Along the fence, you will see a spot for water, toys, and other things I thought you may need. We ask that guests not utilize our small deck near the house, so that our dogs don’t bark and disturb their stay! So far all of our guests have come a second time, so if you end up booking again, I’d love any feedback on how to make your visit extra special. Anyway, that is all for now, thanks again and enjoy the sunshine!! ~Katie
