Backyard is fully fenced in and has a height of 6 feet. Both sides of the backyard has grass with one side having a big tree, perfect to shade your pup on a hot day. There is also a shaded covering and chairs for humans to enjoy!

When we are home the bathroom is available for use and I'm working on a guest information binder for wifi and the like. Thieves or people misusing the area or amenities will be charged accordingly and or reported to the local authorities. We absolutely loved the yard, and the water bowl and potty station were in great condition. The chain link fence is only by the alleyway where residents drive to their garages, so the yard still felt private (my dog is reactive and we were able to enjoy our experience without interruptions). Plenty of parking on Lafayette, and the alley was easy to find, you’re on it for less than a minute, and I felt very safe.

The yard was secure, clean. Fresh water was there for her. All types of toys, and room for Jazzee to run and burn off some energy. We didn’t stay the full hour because my dog was wiped out in 35 min. Unused to being able to run and play as she did. It’ll be a while before she’s up to playing the full hour. There was also clean, comfortable yard furniture to relax on as Jazzee played! It was well worth every dime even thought we didn’t stay the hour, the price was reasonable! Highly recommended. 😉

Absolutely wonderful experience for me and my skiddish/aggressive dog! The neighbors do have animals however the fence has practically no gaps inbetween neighbors so my dog barely noticed them! When she did there was so many toys to distract her with, she also loved cooling off in the little pool while I got to sit on the comfy furniture. My dog didn't want to get back in the car to go to our apartment lol we will definitely be back! Thank you!

I have a small dog (13lb Shih Tzu). This was perfect for him. He had so much room to run and play. The first 15 minutes or so were spent freely sniffing. The yard is clean and we were able to work on some commands with different kinds of distractions (neighbors going in their yards, a couple of dogs that were let out for a bit and people taking out their trash). Will be definitely coming back. I’m so happy that there are places like this that people let you borrow. Thank you!

Our dog had so much fun finally being able to run around off leash! She got tired after 45 minutes and just relaxed until it was time to go. There was a dog next door but it was only there for the first 10 minutes and was quite so our girl didn’t seem to mind. Would definitely come back!
