55Beautiful area with secure fencing. Quiet with nicely mowed trails. I will definitely be back for future visits!
55Great enclosed space for your dog to run! Our dog absolutely loved trailing all of the different animal smells and enjoyed climbing the observation decks with us! Highly recommend this sniffspot! :)
55First time on SniffSpot and first visit to the Beagle Boot Camp. Other reviews were spot on - great place with conifers, brush piles, mowed paths, a couple of look-out platforms and solid fencing. My girl had a great time running free, flushed at least one rabbit and got to chase it unrestricted. There were a couple of low spots/tractor ruts that had water in them which she also delighted in splashing through! Just remember to bring water for your pooch if it's dry, and bug spray when the mosquitos emerge. A nice bonus was seeing half dozen sandhill cranes in a field behind the camp. Will definitely go back and yes, it's worth the drive.
55We love this property!! The fence is in excellent condition and the property is well maintained
55Amazing spot for your dogs! Our pups absolutely loved the place. We will be coming back for sure and probably bring puppy friends with
55My dogs had a blast and were exhausted at the end!
55BEST Sniffspot EVER!!!!! If you have a high-energy dog, this is the place for her! She got to rip n run to her heart's content! (walking on leash in the neighborhood doesn't cut it with this wild one!) I LOVED all the activity you can do with your dog! I'm happy because she was happy! She did find some critters in a wood pile which I pulled her off of. I know it's her nature to hunt, but . . . that's okay, I'll provide your food! (I could hear the poor lil critters squealing in fear.) It's worth the drive from Lansing, we'll definitely be coming back!
45The dogs loved it! Lots of room to run and explore. I didn’t see a place to throw away any dog poop, which would be nice.
55Brought my Labrador out on her 6th birthday. She loved it! I’m always looking for a new safe spot to take her to get some different smells and experiences. We chased out a woodchuck and several rabbits while we were there and she enjoyed the few mud puddles she found to lie down in. We’ll definitely be back!
55What a great experience! My dogs couldn’t have been happier (nor more exhausted), it was nearly impossible to get them to leave! Worth the drive from Grand Rapids, we’ll definitely be back!

Description

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.
