Welcome to the perfect spot for your furry friends to run as long and fast as they please. As they enjoy the spacious area to let off some steam, you can enjoy watching them in the shade under the tiki hut. The tiki hut is conveniently positioned in the middle of the yard so you can keep a close eye. We provide a gallon jug of water to refill a water bowl so they stay hydrated the entire time! We also provide some dog toys and poop bags for your convenience. We hope you and your dogs enjoy your time at our spot and come back soon!

This is a fairly large or spacious fenced in yard with a screened in porch while you take a break and let your dog expend its energy. A tired dog is a happy dog! The yard is perfect for training, fetch, Or general play. It is full fenced in. The Neighborhood is highly dog friendly. So fee feel to take them for a walk after or stop in for some play time after a walk. We have a friendly dog. So if you're looking to introduce your puppy to other dogs, we can help. Hello. Welcome😊 Use of yard, pool, fridge, TV and outdoor bathroom are included. Access to whatever dogs toys are outside and you can relax in all chairs/lounges. There is a mini pool as well as a mini splash pad that’s accessible for use. There is a small additional fee for the dog splash pad as that uses constant water from the hose. Sniffspot hours are 7am to 10pm so you can even book late. The hot tub is lovely especially for the evenings🧖‍♀️🛀🧘 Gate entrance will be at the east side of the home aka right side if you’re looking at the house. Gate will be unlocked at start time. There will be signs up to help direct. You can park in the driveway or along the street, no HOA so don’t have to worry about towing. Please clean up after your pet💩 and be mindful using the water hose. Any questions or concerns pls don’t hesitate to reach out directly. We do a 2 person to 1 dog ratio.
