Great spot!

We had fun with our puppies and they got tired out. The place was a bit difficult to find and our dogs were very agitated with the dogs next door. Once those dogs went in, it was better.
Host replied: I apologize for your not stellar experience. The place has directions in your welcoming email. I have been in constant contact with you, as I am with all my first times guests, answering all questions to facilitate an easier navigation of a new spot. The dogs next door were about 300ft away, and properties in a semi rural area are expected to have dogs, farm animals and even wild life. My post posts such elements in advance to be aware for, either making decisions of visiting or managing the pups. I am glad that once inside your dogs had fun and got tired, my park has done its job providing a safe environment for the pups to roam.
A fantastic, woodsy space for my foster doggy to explore freely! There is so much space and especially appealing for dogs who have an adventurous side and enjoy exploring. It is peaceful, quiet, and I would describe it as nature’s playground. We really loved it here! Tip: Be sure to wear long pants and high socks to avoid getting poison ivy and you’ll be good to go!
Host replied: Thank you so much for coming over and having fun. Pics are great... We will be taking care of the poison ivy with the tractor as soon as the rains allow us, however being a wooded area, we always suggest hiking attire instead of beach wear... 🐾❣️🐾
Good spot if you like open fields/wood-like areas! It felt like I was on a small hike and my dogs really enjoyed the space. The grass was a little overgrown which made me a tiny bit nervous for snakes etc but overall we had a good time and the space was properly secured.
Host replied: Thank you Michelle for your kind review. I can totally relate to your concern especially when not familiar with a new place. I usually run my tractor once a month to keep the vegetation low to the ground. We have no grass since the terrain is more like a wooded area. Since we run our own dogs frequently and we run the tractor as well, I can sincerely say that being a high traffic area, we haven't seen a snake for the past four years. I am not saying that there are none, but the instances are minimal, and if one is encountered, usually they are garden snakes and what other people call "good snakes" that will scatter away from you or the dogs. Unfortunately, we were not able to run our tractor due to the recent rains. We need at least two weeks of a dry spell, otherwise the ground is too soft for the tractor and runs the risk of roll over. I am positive that if you visit us again by the end of the month, you will see the difference.
Great visit - lots of sniffing today and my pups had a ball. Always appreciate the water that the owner leaves and access to towels if you need them. Caught the back of a deer in the property behind this spot but the dogs knew he was there…new smell for them to sniff
We’ve been here a few times and really like it. On this visit , someone pulled up to the adjacent property and let 2 dogs out. Challenging since Beau is reactive to other dogs and strangers Not sure how often this occurs—it’s a first time for us. Probably no issue for most but for fearful or anxious dogs it’s something to be aware of (and no fault of the owner here)
Host replied: Denise, really sorry you had such an experience. It is not a norm to have dogs out on the easement....
Our dogs love jumping up on the big logs and practicing their balance beam routines. Nice spot close to home for off leash free time.
Nice open, fenced in area with good tree coverage for when the summer heat comes.
Host replied: Thank You ❣️I.m glad you two enjoyed it. Thank you for the pics. Please come again 🐾
My dogs loved it and they’ll be sleeping good tonight. It’s biiig it just kept going.
Host replied: OMG.... Look at them digging and searching, and just running ❣️ I love it. Please come visit us anytime 🐾
Always a great place for the boys to run!
Host replied: Thank you Sara. It means a lot to me you all enjoy my spot🐾❣️🐾
