We provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. Farm fresh eggs are also available for purchase under extras. As new hosts, our hope is your experience at our Sniffspot is enjoyable and stress free. We always try to keep the pastures as clean as can be for each guest, please clean up after your pets so we can maintain a clean spot for all. 0.5 acre fully fenced in yard in the Hanover Borough. Relax by the fire pit under the lights or in the shade on our ample seating arrangements while your pup or pups run around the yard. Lawn is well maintained and poop is cleaned up regularly using provided poop bags for deposit. Separate gate and private back parking with alley access lends itself to a private yard that any pup would enjoy, along with private parking for the pup “paw-ents.” Water bowls are provided and can be filled using the back tap. Trees provide a sense of privacy right in the heart of the Borough. The 5 ft tall fence and yard area provides an area for running that any dog would enjoy! Treats are provided for the pups to top off the experience!

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Come out and let your dog play in a fully fenced secluded area of two acres! Lots of shade! We have a pool too, where you and your pup can enjoy swimming for an extra fee. There's woods to run in, a fun wood pile to dig through, chickens to bark at, and just fun to be had for all!! Lots of parking available. Hope to see you soon. Come and sniff around!

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

1 acre, fenced front yard with option for pool use during the season. Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. You may message me to invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Off street parking right on Route 30. Families traveling from nearby areas like Gettysburg, York, Harrisburg, Baltimore, and more, feel free to pull off the side of the highway and allow your dogs to run free! My yard is fenced in with a 4ft tall fence. Slats are located closely together to allow dogs of all sizes to play! Poop bags are provided as well as a trash receptacle on site, please clean up after yourself and your pet. There is a hanging dog rope attachment that you can attach various toys too and a small bin of toys for play, rerun dirty toys to dirty bin to be sanitized before the next friend.

Open & fresh air & has a lovely view. Completely doggy fenced. Wood with wire. The yard has a slope as it is on a hill although quite a bit of it is flat.
