55This was awesome!! Our dogs loved having the whole property to themselves! There is easily walked trails for humans, forest, fields, ponds and lots of trails for the dogs. The booking was a breeze, the onsite folks were amazing by email and in person when we arrived. The place was so clean and we felt really welcome and safe. Our only wish was that there had been a garbage bin in the parking area to drop our poop bags in. They were pretty smelly on the hot drive home LOL Overall we highly recommend! Amanda M.

55It was great, this was the first time testing our husky off leash. He has a decent recall and stayed close enough to us the whole time. It took us 45 minutes to walk the trail. Our dog was extremely tired towards the end that he ran up to the car and just waited for us.
I would suggest bringing hiking shoes and bug spray. It rained a few days ago and there was one spot that had quite a bit of mud on the trail. Definitely also need to bring a towel for their paws because of the doggy splash pond. Amanda S.

We couldn't have had a better first Sniffspot experience! Cathy was very friendly and even filled a couple pools for Dax to cool off. The trail is clean, a mix of gravel and bush with 2 ponds. The area is completely fenced so we were able to let Dax off-leash for the first time and he loved it. He also had a great time in the ponds, he's never been a fan of water until today. We can't wait for our next visit!

55As everyone has said, a simply wonderful spot! This was our first time and we will definitely come back. The instructions are easy to follow and there is lots of signage. Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
