Very unique and fun area. My sister brings her 4 huskies over occasionally and they all love it.

I have two areas see pictures please. One area is for larger dogs chasing balls and toys. The other area has tires to jump run through and a area that has a shade area. If you want Splash pad turned on please let me know before visit( I understand not wanting car wet when they are done), this area is for small dogs also has wire at bottom so less likely to get out. Dogs to be fully vaccinated per Sniffspot rules.

Option to add extras if you want to swim with your fur kids… Friends please send me a message ahead of time if you plan on swimming with your pups. While this is a dog focused activity I understand that timid or new swimmers may need in pool assistance and that’s no problem/no extra charge. On the other hand if you want to bring the fam/friends and swim laps with your pups and break out some pool floats there is an additional $10 charge. ***New policy change. Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

*** This is a country retreat with vast land and multiple areas to explore, please check out our Sniffspot for a nature adventure if your doggy has a good recall only*** *** Alert: We are currently working hard at clearing most of the azollas in our pond. Our maintenance person took a vacation and hence the explosion of azollas. Given the size of our pond, it'll take a while for us to clear. Something to keep in mind if your doggy loves to splash and swim! (not harmful to dogs at all) We currently don't offer the rinse/shower pad yet. Thanks for your consideration! *** It's a 10-acre property with a vineyard, free-range chicken will be visible upon entering. Big open space slightly downhill on the left side of the vineyard. The middle part of the property is a small kid's playground that opens up to the pond where ducks and wild geese hang then it opens up to another open field terrain on the right and a small wooded area on the left which is still open and connected to the pond. This is the property line which is a WATERLINE (no fencing along waterlines) Once grape season starts which is typically the end of August-October, wild turkeys and deers may be visible because they love partaking from our future harvest but would be okay if your dog shoo them away :) Around harvest time may see more people than usual, intermittently due to harvest but sniffspot is way far down the road, so no worries about space! Summertime gets dry but we mow the land and the vineyard is in full bloom! Winter is a dormant period, rare to see people only a couple in the the middle of vineyard trimming around January until Spring time. It would be best if your dog is trained to do recall. If you are unsure about our property and still have questions and concerns, you are more than welcome to do an ocular inspection and if it does not fit your dog's needs and capabilities, we'll be more than willing to refund you, just send us a message. Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

2 acres of pasture, huge open area to play fetch, we have a wash area with hot water for muddy paws or bodies! You walk down the trail to acreage way below the house. There is a sitting area and acres of bushwhacking woods for your dog to run and explore off leash. You will be walking uphill when you go back to your car.

1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)

Additionally our creek is not shared with any public access. The strip of land across the creek which is mainly covered in overgrowth of blackberries and trees is privately owned and fully fenced. No public access is granted there. Additionally during rattlesnake season it is always good to be aware of your surroundings no matter where you go, however we have not encountered any snakes on our property to this date. Our creek as well as many other play areas on our property is used safely daily by our 2 labs, 2 frenchies, kitty, family, friends and Sniffspot reservations*

Lovely manicured lawn, fully fenced, lots of running and playing room, dogs, who like to dig are allowed and there’s a great pool for swimming in in the summertime. I will provide fresh filtered water, dog, bowls, some toys and a cooler of waters for Dog parents . tables with chairs, a bench and more amenities to come.

Note: Late spring conditions means there will be mosquitos, biting black gnats and some foxtails. Please protect yourself and your pet as necessary. Cool mornings are best time to avoid the bugs. Wear longs sleeves, pants and socks for best protection and use repellant. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. *Note: we will block our calendar out this summer due to lack of shade in the yard and the fact that we don't have irrigation to keep the grass lush and green for your pups. We will reopen this fall. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! We have a kiddie pool sand pit with ball pit balls and your dog can dig here wherever there is dirt.We also have balls for you to throw as well as a station to wash your dog off at.

We've provided great yard with plenty of shade for play dates . We can also accommodate Day care and overnight boarding. I have a lot of experience with small and large breed dogs.

Hi! We have a quarter of an acre yard that is easy access in the middle of Carmichael. I call it hidden Paradise for dogs and fur Parents too. If you want a place that you and your fur baby can enjoy alone time. Take a walk or play this is a Pawfect place for you. We do have a lot of parking space. We provide chairs under the tree. We love doggos here, any shape or size. The home is a corner lot with large fenced backyard. We have a hose, sprinkler, raised dog bed, toys and more available for your use! I do have dogs of my own but they will be tucked away so you can enjoy the yard freely. Dog waste is picked up weekly on Fridays but doggy bags are available as well. The yard is treated every other month with an animal/people friendly pest solution. There is ample street parking but in the event off street parking is needed, we can accommodate two vehicles. Set on 2 beautiful acres with 2 ponds, a stream running down the side of the property and grassy front area and fields in back and side yard

Welcome! We’re happy to have you! We have a large open backyard with two levels. Up a wide set of three steps is a large grassy area with plenty of space for your pups to run and play. We have a covered patio area with a table and chairs you’re welcome to move around and make yourself comfortable. If you bring kids they’ll have fun playing in the playhouse and are welcome to whatever toys they find. The space is completely fenced in. We do have one fence board down near the entrance that we need to fix but it is currently blocked off and shouldn’t be a problem. Our backyard is family friendly so please excuse the mess if I don’t always get to cleaning it up. I have provided two water bowls, a small container of tennis balls and some dog bags. Please always clean up after them and feel free to leave the bags in the black trash bin on the front driveway on your way out! Entrance is through the side gate on the left of the house as you approach. There will be a metal pull cord and the gate swings in. When you enter you’ll see the hose in front of you. Help yourself to water for your dogs and let me know if you need water for yourselves or anything else and I will accommodate whatever I can! During your visit we will stay out of the backyard and have no pets that will interrupt your time so you don’t have to worry about being approached and can feel comfortable keeping your dogs off leash. Please note that if you book a morning slot you may find the far right corner of the grass to be a little muddy as the water seems to collect there. We’re working on a solution but just want you to be aware of that before you book. You may want to bring a towel just in case. We’re super excited to have you and would love to hear any suggestions you have for improving our space. We’ll do our best to implement as our time and budget allows. There’s so much to do for dogs up here close to Hudson way which is loaded with fun trails and biking. Bring your pup to play on our log stack and run through the fields. There’s so much nature out here to keep even the most chill dogs interested. There’s plenty of parking and places to sit and relax while your buddy gets his energy out. Head down to the river at Purdon crossing or Edwards to cool off after the fun.

Boyko Ranch offers a large indoor play area for those rainy days! It also offers a large outdoor, fully fenced yard with some toys and agility obstacles for extra fun!
