Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

We live in the country and have fenced in our 1 acre property! We have trees, and covered seating under the tree or under the covered patio! We also have an outdoor dog toy basket, as well as you can use our water hose to fill up the dog bowls outside or play with your dog in the water- plane just ask that you don’t leave the water running! ‼️Also- please note the trampoline and pool is for owner use only.. due to the risk of injury. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note- the detached garage and shed are off limits! ‼️ There are steps that lead you down the bottom half of the property where our dogs run wild! You can park next to our large oak tree in front of the large gate- the gate is unlocked- but it is heavy, currently working on making that easier for our guests!

My yard is your yard….all I ask is you respect it is as such. Depending on the season depends on the amenities provided(kiddie pool, sprinkler) There will always be somewhere to sit back while your pup enjoys his time in the yard. We provide poop bags, full water bowls, milk bones, toys(tennis balls, frisbees and ropes), and towels as needed.

This is a great yard for you and you dog(s). I have 2.5 beautiful acres. Grass is always trimmed and well taken care of. Fence is secured and tall. No other dogs, animals, or people causing distractions. I am learning to become a dog trainer through a local rescue and would love to help out if you need it :) Please note, you are more than welcome to use my patio to sit and enjoy shade under an umbrella. My yard is a big open space, in the middle it has no shade, but I also have big trees that do provide some sort of shade.

This is a fun, spacious spot with a pool available for dogs to use, lots of grassy space for your dog to run around, lighting at night, and different amenities for humans! It's generally best for dogs over 20 pounds because of a small gap under a gate in the yard (see the fencing section of the description), but dogs under this weight are more than welcome to come if this isn't an issue for them! The yard also has lounge chairs (just take the black covers off and then put them back on before you leave) and a outlet for charging (behind the chairs in the shade) for owners, as well as other amenities (see the amenities section).

Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.
