Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.
80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily. When you tire of throwing the tennis balls (provided), bring a coffee or book and relax in the outdoor living room. This covered spot has seating for four adults, board games, and peace and quiet.
We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.
Fully fenced 5 acres of pasture in Lake County. Back half of property fencing is reinforced with no climb wire so small dog secure. Front half is 4 board without reinforcement so large dog safe only. Lots of room to run, several nice tubs to cool off. Horses on property are stalled during the day. Property owner’s dogs will be confined to house.

One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Thinking of becoming a member? Members receive pool access at no additional charge To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.
Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.
4 acres of land where your dog can run safely. Our property is fenced in around all sides. We do have three dogs on our property but they will be in the house unless your dog wants a friend! We have a pond to walk around, fire pit available, chairs to sit in, and various fruit trees that may or may not have fruit. We have chickens but they are locked up. Dog toys available too :). We have plenty of room to run behind the pond. Bring some balls to throw around or just enjoy your dog running off leash.
The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.
1 acre fully fenced yard with water access and a large dog kiddie pool. Large oak tree gives plenty of shade and sticks to chew! Pet Parents can park outside of the gated area. This Sniff Spot is next to Sandy Acres Baptist Church with an American Flag Banner on the gate.

Note: i’m having trouble with the Sniffspot app not sending me timeline notification of messages. If you need to get in touch with me, please call 813-556-5813. Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!
5 acres available for your pups!
There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. Pic Nic table for fury kids parents and a fire place to use. Lots of to plan for the day. Kids welcome.
This is a beautiful property. You can come fish off the dock, swim in the swimming hole, play catch in the field area, or sit back and relax with your pup.
We welcome pup parents and their fur babies to come enjoy endless hours of open space to get fresh air and as little or as much exercise needed. Over a acre of secured area specially designed for our loving pets and parents. As we are just getting up and going with our spot, amenities will be added soon. Come join us, we'd love to have you.
Hi, we love our property and want to share it with other people. There are different areas. 1 is kind of wooded, there’s short grass open spaces, other area with pine trees other area with lots of plants because it’s a small nursery.. property is not fenced at the entrance at this time. All other sides of property are fenced. The restroom is in the back of the house in a small beige building. You may walk with your dog(s) anywhere within the property. Around the house, into the horse barn, through the Nursery, into the woods,etc.. We have a Basset Hound and 6 children. Kiddos usually inside the house or in the pool, Benito our doggie is inside and outside. We try to keep him inside when visitors come. He is very friendly but barks at strangers until he hears them sweetly talk to him. : ) or pet him. Thank You for choosing our property to walk your doggie.
