Home to 3 dogs and park to many puppy pals!! 🐾Amazing pool and views for dogs and owners to enjoy. 🌅 There are places to dig, run and sniff for hours! My own dogs never get enough of our yard. Our entire house also has a filtered water system, so the water hose is safe for dogs!💧 Dog towels and bathroom are free to use, as well as the basketball hoop. I also do aerial aerobics, and there is a purple hammock in the back yard you are more than welcome to sit in! 🏀🤸‍♀️ Refer to photos for space, fence height and terrain examples, photos of pups and their owners/trainers and more! 🐕‍🦺 *2 owners max per dog (kids under 10 are free) Go to extras to add extra humans. We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

Please Note: the swimming pool is for the dogs unless you are helping them in or out of the pool, or training in the shallow end . There is absolutely no diving , jumping , or doing laps . A rustic, ranch terrain private 2 lot backyard with a pool, zipline (150 LB limit PLEASE), treehouse, foosball, croquet and trampoline. The fun dogs really love the trampoline. Many venture into the treehouse. Chasing a kid down the zipline is very exciting. Beware of mole holes and where dogs have dug up the yard. Again, rustic! Lots of dirt and unlevel terrain, so flip flops are for the pool area only. Wear shoes if you’re venturing into the yard, easement, treehouse, and unbuildable yard up the hill. Water bowls are in the shade by the tiki bar. Please refill them for the next guests. Feel free to hose down the pooches if necessary. It gets hot and dusty! Some of them like drinking from the hose which is fine, just try to aim it away from dirt areas so there’s less mud baths for those crazy dogs to roll around in please. This family loves dogs, and we have one of our own and often board other dogs. They may be jealous and bark to let us know they want to play or they’re warning us there’s someone in “their” yard. If you don’t like barking, don’t come here. Our neighbors dogs bark too. Pending your arrival and leave time there may be other dog poop that we haven’t been able to get to or other sniffspotters missed, so just get your own doggies poop if you can catch it. Pay it forward if you notice one someone may have missed. It happens. We have a bucket and poop grabber available. Just leave it in there. We’ll take care of it. If you insist on using your own bags, please only use disposable environmentally safe ones as this area has been zoned for composters and all poop bags and poop go in the green bin in the driveway. If they aren’t the biodegradable kind, please take your poop bags with you. There is a yellow pitcher for the boy dogs who love to pee on things. IF you catch them peeing on the chairs, perhaps you could help yourself and other guests not to smell it by filling that pitcher with pool water and pouring it onto the marked territory. Thanks! You will find various remnants and maybe even newer toys strewn across the yard. They’re there to be enjoyed by all the doggies. The pool is for the dogs and you too! Bring your towels and swimsuit. Bring a friend or two, no extra charge. Safety in numbers. We want this space to be used by others at a reasonable rate financially and good time investment. So please, please clean up after yourselves, so we don’t have to hire someone to be on staff to clean up and raise the rate or shut this thing down. Play and swim at your own risk. If you have any questions about anything, please ask. There is lots of seating to watch the pool activity if you have that lab that needs pretend they’re at the lake. Ask Alexa to play whatever music you want. She’s hanging out by the garage. Picnic at the fire table or on the back deck. If ya find a table dusty, some rags and windex are at the tiki bar. If you spill something, please clean it up for the next guest.

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, table and chairs. your dog can enjoy the open yet gated space to run, play or simply take a nap in the sun. You can sit by the pool. connect to WIFI and work or simply bring the yoga mattress for some stretching while having fun with your dog. During your booking period our pool is available for dogs only If you would like to join swimming pool, additional charge is $12 for each person. Kindly note that due to safety concerns, our venue can only accommodate adults over 18 years old. The pool is unheated so it is cool in the winter and warms up during the summer months. This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles.

-Fully gated yard. -A 20x12 covered patio with light, seating, and fan. -Grass and cement area. -Stream Netflix or other apps on the outdoor 65" TV. -Exercise with the elliptical, bike, battle rope, and infinity hoop. Or put an exercise class on the TV. -You are welcome to bring your wine or whatever for your relaxation. No synthetic drugs (should go without saying). -Smoking is permitted. There are ashtrays under the patio. -There is a 13' swim spa on the property (seats 11) (has a resistance swim jet) (I have 2 resistance foam weights for exercise). You and your dog(s) are welcome in it. It's usually heated between 80 to 99 degrees or higher in the winter. One hour maximum. An additional $25 (for 1 person) charge for the swim spa. ($15 for each additional person). Bring towels if you plan to use the swim spa. -You are welcome to leave your dog(s) for a short time if you have a doctor's appointment or just want to catch a movie. If they are extremely friendly and don't tear up, they are welcome in the house as a playmate with my dog while you are away. -You are welcome to host a birthday pawty in the yard. Please limit to 6 people and 12 dogs. We can negotiate price if you will use the BBQ pit, propane griddle, Pizza oven, or 62 quart crab boil pot.

Great area quiet clean most amenities needed are available, even a swimming pool that’s extra Reed start at $10 an hour and if you do more than once a week I brought the price down. I have three dogs and my dogs must get along with yours cause mine roam free
