55It’s an awesome hidden gem! The area is well maintained with ample room to have zoomies. The water spot is a nice touch for the dogs to cool down. Lots of toys to play with. Dog parents also have relaxing spot to hang out! Definitely a roadtrip stop!
55We used this spot while heading south from Salem to give our dogs a chance to stretch on our road trip. This is the most well-equipped and securely fenced spot we’ve ever visited. The toy supply was a big hit and we were able to sit and eat lunch at the picnic table while the pups played. We’ll visit again on future road trips! Thank you!!
55We are frequent guests and every time we go, more and more toys appear! This will always be our pups favorite place 😊
55Happy times as always!
55This is literally the best dog park I have ever been to. The property owners have thought of everything. There is loving details everywhere you turn. From the secure fence with solid gates that can’t easily be opened by mischievous dogs; to the water station with bowls suited to small, medium and large dogs; to the potty clean up area; to a paw washing station (towels supplied!); to the places for the humans to sit and relax as they watch their fur kids playing while listening to birds singing; to the well-stocked toy boxes. So much perfection! My bull terrier, Sugar, had so much fun looking through the two large toy boxes to seek out her favourite type of toy - balls! I swear she pulled out almost every single one. My two doxie mixes, Rosie and Roxie, are whirling dervishes who love to zoom. There was so much space they really tired themselves out with full on sprints in every direction. There was lush greenery around the outside edge creating privacy. This space was a much needed reprieve for me too. After days travelling with three high energy dogs relegated to short walks on leash, this park gave my tired soul a nurturing hug knowing my three girls had the best time and that they burned off some of their pent up energy. If we didn’t have two more days of travel, we’d have stayed an extra hour! I can’t say enough positive things about this amazing dog park. Two thumbs up from me. 12 paws up from my girls! It was well worth the money spent. I recommend anyone in the area, or those who are travelling through like us, visit this magical doggy slice of Heaven on earth.
55we travel quite a distance to bring the dogs here every week and about ten miles out they KNOW where we are and they’re so excited. The dogs give 10/10 woofs!
55Such a gem beautiful park great host definitely coming back
55the pups love this spot!
55I normally don’t give 5 stars to any place, but this place was amazing! It’s a model for all dog parks! It was clean, spacious, thoughtfully designed…basically everything you could need in a dog park with extra amenities for dogs like water, shade, and toys. If only we could have stayed longer or lived closer. This was a rest-stop during our roadtrip from the Bay Area to Seattle. FYI plenty of other options for humans a short drive away, like McDonald’s, gas stations, etc.
55The area was very well taken care of and cleaned up. Our two dogs had a great time running around and exploring the whole area.

Description

Welcome! First-time guests receive a $5 discount with the coupon code "TRYTHESPOT24". Conveniently located less than one mile off Interstate-5 at exit 103. This exit features a gas station, Grocery Outlet, Tesla charging stations, McDonald’s, Tractor Supply (dog toys!), A&W, a donut shop, Dollar Tree, and more. This approximately one-acre park is fully fenced with brand new 5’ tall non-climb wire fencing. There are two gates for access: a walk-through gate if you choose to park on the wide gravel shoulder along the road, and a drive-through gate which allows you to bring your vehicle inside the park onto a large gravel parking area to unload your furry friends. Inside the park you will find a gently sloped grassy field with some nice flat areas also. There is a brand-new 12'x14' covered shelter to keep you out of the rain or hot sun. We have also installed a real, vintage fire hydrant for your dog’s “enjoyment”. Some rock wall terraces about 2’ to 3’ tall can be used for sitting, and for your larger breed dogs to jump up and down on. There are Adirondack chairs and a large wooden picnic table for the humans as well as the dogs (our Lab loves to jump up on top and take in the view). A water hydrant provides fresh water from our local municipal water source, Tri City Water, and you will find water pails for every size of dog. Nearby is a mailbox with doo doo bags, hand sanitizer, wet wipes, and paper towels. You will also find two wooden crates: one filled with an assortment of toys, and the other provides a nice stick library for your pooch to choose from. Please note: both gates open inwards into the park. Seven or eight months out of the year you will find green grass (and weeds), in the summer months it will be dry dormant grass. The park is always kept mowed and there will be no tall grass or weedy areas. We do not spray any herbicides or pesticides of any kind inside the park or along the fence lines. This park does not share a fence line with any other properties and there is a wide perimeter around the park on three sides. The fourth side is along Crest Drive, a medium trafficked residential road. There are some neighboring small dogs along the back line that will say hello now and then, but there is a 80’ buffer between the fence lines on this side. We respect your privacy while using the park, and even though we would love to come over and play with every dog visitor and say hello to their humans, we will only meet you by specific request. Generally the park is available to book during daylight hours, but there is some flexibility for your special requests. There is a nice light right across the street that lights up much of the park nicely at night. If you choose to park your vehicle inside the park, please open the gate slowly so that it doesn’t swing against the post too quickly. Both gates have combination locks on them. The current code will be provided upon scheduling your visit. This is a non-smoking park. Alcoholic beverages and drug use are also not allowed in the park. Please do not play loud music in the park. If you are ever unsatisfied with your visit for any reason, we will gladly contact Sniffspot and request a refund. We are appreciate your visits and are happy to share this space with you and your dogs. If you have questions about your booking of visit please call 541-530-3922. Thank you for choosing the Grace Park Sniffspot!

Updated 1/2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you find whatever you are seeking for your new year's goals. I want to thank you all for visiting and often returning! And for your patience as I have cleaned up the property, tried to make it usable and comfortable for your visits. I am welcome to ideas, suggestions, requests. As we go in to the colder, wetter months, the seasonal creek will be flowing soon. I will add more towels in the closet, feel free to use them! The elk have made several appearances which made for an exciting visit for some guests! I have rotated the horses through as the grass has been coming up and will continue to do so as needed. ** Remember, if the calendar is closed, you are welcome to send me a message. I may only need to quickly move the horses back for your visit ** Some plans I have in the works for this coming year is a few more trees to put in the pastures, I will add another bench for an option in the front field directly behind the barn. I am trying to figure out how to fence and secure the far back pasture that goes down into the ravine, although so far it has not posed any issues that I am aware of. We are continuing to add gravel and cleaning up around the barn, including fencing around the backyard area that sits in front of the barn. Feel free to use the tables, the swing, whatever is out there. I have a few yard games (corn hole, croquette etc) I am happy to put out. My bigger projects are finishing my “little library” cabinet, and I am hoping by the end of Summer to have a SELF SERVE DOG WASH WITH A BLOW DRYER! I am always open to suggestions, ideas and whatever else. I appreciate all that have visited and look forward to making new friends in this coming year. More gravel will be added as we dry out to make parking a little easier. Kerri and all my farm family! * Just a reminder that it is always flea and tick season. We do not treat the pastures with any spray so be mindful about using whatever treatment your vet recommends. * This is first and foremost my horses supplemental feed supply now that the grass is coming on. That means the horses will be over there more often. And that means extra "sensory obstacles" aka piles of horse poo .. I do drag my fields as time allows. But that is in short supply these days and usually doesn't happen until closer to the fall.
