5 Acre Farm Fully Fenced Dog Park In Nokomis

What an absolutely wonderful visit we had at Raina’s farm! We have a seven month old Labrador and she had the best day of her life on this farm!! She got to visit the geese and the chickens and the pig and the horses and dogs as well! It’s just such an amazing experience. The property goes on and on. It’s just beautiful! I would highly recommend a visit. We will be returning often and Raina is a wonderful friendly host. She actually sells fresh eggs and they’re absolutely delicious! Thank You Raina😃

A great spot to bring your dog for PLENTY of run-around space and some farm animals to say hi to! My Ama loved running around the huge space and especially loved saying hi to the big goose, pig, and the two horses! I felt like I was at a little zoo and it was so fun! It was especially great for Ama to get some exposure to other kinds of animals in a controlled, safe setting. Loved the space and will 100% be back with my girl! 🐶 10/10 recommend!!

Great spot! Upon walking in there is a pond that looked great for swimming and lots of grassy area. To the left is the barn with some horses and a coop with some geese and chickens, which were fenced off and safe from dogs. Farther in the back of the property there are a bunch of horse jumps at different heights and small poles. There were also some logs and changes in elevation which was a lot of fun. Plenty of shade and places to sit. Lots of birds to watch as well. One of my new favorite sniff spots. When I went to leave, I accidentally locked myself out of my car which had my dog in it, thankfully the car was running and the A/C was on. The property owner Reina is an absolute angel and she helped me stay calm while the fire department came to bail me out. Very thankful she was there to help! I won’t be making that mistake in the future.

My two dogs had a great time! One loved swimming and the other liked to lay in the water to cool down. Very large property! My one dog is a known escape artist at times but we walked the perimeter of fence and didn’t see any areas he could easily sneak out! Plus there was enough for him to sniff and see there he would not even want to try! There are horses there and there is horse poop in parts obviously so if your dog likes to eat that stuff just beware! But it’s not all over and even though one of my dogs has done that before on a trail, neither showed any interest! If your dogs have high prey drive like mine, they may get distracted by the chickens and horses and I found out later, a pig! But after a little time of realizing they could not get to them they gave up. I am very thankful to have found this place! What a neat experience for my two dogs! I also appreciate the owner has a little dog wash area so you can bath your dogs before putting them back in the car! She also helped me figure out which to go because I am silly and thought gate was locked! Thank you again so much for the wonderful time!

Our goldendood had a lot of fun swimming and running around meeting all the animals. Highly recommended.

Wonderful visit. Our first time. I kept my two labs on leashes a good part of the time, only to train them to stay together. They were so exhausted, they were ready for the car! A true farm experience. Prepare to get dirty! Highly recommend!!

Great communication and open about what is on her property! The property is gorgeous our dog loved the pond to play with and open field. Plus the farm animals were great for desensitization training.

The dogs loved the property and had lots to explore. Side note: The horses were in a pasture only separated by a wood boarded fence at the front of the Sniffspot's fenceline. For that reason, I would recommend that any dogs attending have zero interest in horses to avoid any issues.

Wonderful spot!! My dog loved seeing the farm animals and doing the horse jumps, not to mention the pond! Ever since moving to FL, he’s for sure missed being able to dig in sandy pond water which he got to do here - no gators!!😅 Just be aware, if you have a reactive dog, the neighbors around do let their dogs roam around (I saw 3 driving on the gravel pathway leaving), but it’s likely a rare occurrence to actually have one come in while there. Regardless it’s definitely a fun little spot to check out! And I now have a tired pup😂
