Howdy! Come 1 come all to our fun little yard :) I’m an avid dog lover who just hasn’t gotten my own dog yet. So, in the meantime would love to share my yard space with y’all! Our neighbor does have two dogs who, when outside will bark at other dogs from time to time. There is a section of the fence that is chain link and the dogs can see each other. If the barking becomes too much for your dog, I will always offer refunds if you can’t stay. Other than that parking is easy and we will give you your privacy hope to see you soon!

Fully fenced 1/2 acre of land for dogs to run and play!

This hidden gem is perfect for dogs and humans of all sizes, ☺️ & conveniently located just off the 405 freeway. The entire space is surrounded by walls with a gated entrance. There are toys and treats for your dog(s), and chairs for the humans. There is water for both. We have a 100 foot hose with different sprinkler attachments that you may use as your dog(s) pleases. We also have a kiddie pool for small to medium dogs. Please contact us for special requests or if you would like to plan an event at our spot! Large fully fenced backyard. Upon entry there’s a smaller fenced area that can also be used. Note: We do have chickens but are fully enclosed. The back neighbor has various animals including two dogs.

It is located in the unincorporated area of Vista off of Gopher Canyon. Property is over an acre, fenced all around with a private driveway gate and a separate entrance gate for your access. There is an enclosed swimming pool area with a yard and patio for a closer eye on your dog(s). There's a large trampoline for kids to release their energy! If you'd like to access the pool itself, you can add it as an extra. There is plenty of space to roam around free and enjoy nature's beauty.

Come run and play on 10 acres! We have a large lawn, many flat and hiking trails with beautiful views! We have a pond that your fur babies and jump and swim in. There are many mature oak trees. It’s so peaceful for you too! You’ll get exercise, enjoy nature, wildlife, farm animals and good old vitamin D! (Sunshine☀️) There are benches for resting and bowls of water and hoses for the dogs.

Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! I Welcome to our pet friendly backyard oasis. We have both hardscape and landscape with plenty of space for you and your furry kfriends. You and your dogs can swim in our salt water pool that has a depth of 5ft, a fire pit and more! We have many spots to sit and relax. We also have dog toys & treats. We are 420 and smoking 💨 friendly with ash trays available. Come over bring your friends and have a great time! The Sniffspot Field is a 3 acre fully fenced area that you and your dog will have unsupervised access to for the time that you have booked. There is fresh filtered (RO) water and access to toys in this area at all times in addition to other listed amenities. The entire farm is 36 fenced acres. For anyone interested, I will gladly provide supervised walks around the entire property for additional enrichment at no additional cost. Palmhill is a working organic farm. There may be an occasional worker sighting, but absolutely no reason for any employee to ever interact with a guest or their dogs. My interests lie in offering an affordable, large, safe, clean, offleash venue for guests and their canine companions. Thanks to an awesome group of guests who have been with us since first opening the venue, this has been a very rewarding experience. There has been, however, a few guests who have not been doing a very good job of cleaning up after their own dogs which makes it very unpleasant for the guests who come in to the venue next. I have many visitors who pick up dog droppings and don't say a word, and return toys and balls to the recepticles, but they shouldn't have to! I actually had a guest say, "Oh, I thought you had people to do that!" No, everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves before they leave. That's how we keep the venue tidy and affordable! I don't think that's unreasonable. I've had to post a list of reminders at the venue, thank you, Michele, which I feel terrible about because they're not relevant for the MAJOROTY of Palmhill's guests. It's just a handful of newer guests who aren't being very team friendly. I've met some awesome people and even more so awesome dogs, but sorry to say, if you don't play fair, you will be asked not to come back to this venue. 🐾❤️🐾

We have a large plot of sloping land for your dogs to play on. The lot is a fully fenced 2.5 acres with great views and open space for your dog to run and explore. This doesn’t include pool access for dogs, but that’s available for an adjusted price.

Parking on street in front of house with side gate entry into backyard. Please keep pups out of the planters and off of the furniture. Our doggy paradise was designed for dogs and humans in mind. We have a mini golf area, the turf is meant for pets, we have a large doggy house, there's an enclosed dog area if needed, there's doggy furniture and toys, and outdoor furniture for humans as well! Grass space for pups and outdoor couch seating, lounge chairs, and table seating are available for people. Evening lighting for playtime at dusk. Umbrellas for shade over the couch, and loungers in the gravel section of the yard—shade is very much based on the time of day and where the sun is. Available and stocked for pups: plenty of balls and toys, dog water bowl, water station, and treats Other essentials: hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, flashlight, umbrella, paper towels, disposal bags, and trash can • We are noticing a few divots in the grass and more prominent yellow spots in the grass coloring, a bit more mud-like areas as we get more visitors - wear and tear on the lawn … please know we take pride in maintaining the space and keeping it clean for everyone! • Mondays early morning & evening and Tuesday through Sunday: front gate entrance Mondays 11:30am-4:30pm: back gate entrance (front neighborhood street sweeping)

Release of Liability By booking the private dog park located at 11244 Zapata Ave, San Diego, CA 92126, hereinafter referred to as "the premises," you agree to the following release of liability: 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that use of the premises carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily using the premises with knowledge of the dangers involved. 2. Release of Liability: In consideration for being permitted to use the premises, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise while using the premises. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of the premises, their agents, employees, or any other entities associated with the premises from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may occur as a result of my use of the premises. 4.
