Large private gated/fenced backyard

Hello, Alanna and Austin are opening our new Sniffspot for others to enjoy. The spot previously was used for horses; which we do not have anymore so figured we could use it as a spot for others to enjoy. You will see an electric fence, but it is not live so no need to worry. The view is everything! We are a ten minute walk from the Glen Park Bart station and downtown dog friendly restaurants and bars.

A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

Half an acre, fully fenced. Includes a 50x100 flat grassy area with regulation agility equipment.

Very large, fully fenced, open space with a large pool that is open to guests and dogs!! Lounge chairs and seating table. Pup water, treats, and ball toys provided. Plenty of sun or shade.

I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. Year round there are A LOT of burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. As well, in the winter, post rain, it can get muddy back there. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Our Sniffspot space and the building under renovation share the same large driveway, but the entrances/exits are totally separate from each other. The yard itself is not being touched, and crew have been asked to not enter the yard unless permission is given. The Sniffspot yard itself is large and separate from (but adjacent to) the building, and the crew isn't working every day, but because I usually prefer to give our guests total privacy, I want to disclose this for anyone interested in visiting. As our guest, you may see or hear construction going on inside one of the buildings, there may be a couple of work cars in the driveway upon your arrival. A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

Pups of all sizes enjoy this spot. Half acre property, fully fenced and gated, good privacy, lawn, pool, lounge chairs, small table and chairs, flower gardens, redwood trees, olive trees, persimmon trees, meditation garden, hummingbirds, and even a red fire hydrant. Optional pool access for people can be purchased as an Extra, by the hour and by the person. The pool is below 70 degrees right now. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming . Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry! Hours right now are 7:30am to 8:30pm. We look forward to your visit!

2 acre friendly dog park. Oasis style beach and pond, grass area, patio/gazebo with couches and table, and patio deck at pond with couch/chair and table. Shade or sun deck to relax while your dog enjoys swimming, ball throwing, etc.
