Wonderful area for my dog to run around in - he had a blast. Fence was very secure and the owners kindly provided dog toys, water, and even a kettle with tea/hot chocolate for the humans. As it was our first visit we were given a brief tour which was greatly appreciated. We certainly plan on returning.
My daughter and I took our two adult pups and one puppy today to try out Woodland Paradise and it by far lived up to its name! What a great experience and great way to spend Mother’s Day! The area is clean and naturally beautiful. Dave greeted us and showed us around the area. It was absolutely beautiful and more than we ever could have imagined. Dogs are wiped out tonight and had an amazing day!!! Thanks so much and we will be back soon!!
We loved this Sniffspot! We were so comfortable here, it was a little slice of puppy and people Heaven! Already planning our next trip back. Our dog has been sleeping for hours and was overjoyed with so much space to explore and play. Our hosts were lovely and true dog lovers. 10/10
Want to start by saying this was our 3rd visit and it is an awesome spot & host & well worth the drive from Providence! This is the first time I had even the smallest negative thing to say-- the first two times we came it was in summer and late fall, woods outside the fenced area completely blocked all views to the neighbors. This time, it's still pretty bare after winter and we had a clear view into the back yards of four or five houses, much closer than I thought they were in the summer. We could see kids running off a school bus, people gardening, and even heard a dog barking. The dog sounded very close, as if it was just at the front of one of the houses. My dog is really dog-reactive and if the other dog had come into sight we would have had to leave right away. Like I said, this is the first time we've had any issues; we'll be back in the summer for sure, but probably not until then. I do feel like saying that you can see/hear "no other people and dogs" from this spot is misleading.
We had such a great time with our old girl! We will definitely be back!
Beautiful fenced in property. Our girl Zuma was in dog bliss. We had a really nice time here.
This was my first Sniffspot experience and it was a great one. Vicki was a lovely host and showed me around her yard, which was large and shaded and had several places for humans to hang out and a perimeter trail to walk with the dog(s). There was water and toys and my excitable shepherd mix enjoyed playing and sniffing. Thank you Vicki 😊 we would love to come back!
Beautiful place! Lots of room to run around under the trees, fencing looks very secure, owner is friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back!
Truly dog heaven! Lovely fenced, dog-centric space. Dave provided friendly orientation to gate and space. We’re so grateful to Vicki and Dave for sharing this lovely place.
My dogs had THE BEST time here! We will definitely be back, and we'll book a longer stay!

I’ve been in dogs for more than 30 years. In addition to being a dog trainer, I bred and trained Alaskan malamutes for mushing and other activities. These days I am the human half of a search and rescue team. My English shepherd, Zip, is the better half! My husband Dave and I both know how hard it can be to find the perfect place to let your dogs run free. We’re happy to share a slice of our doggy heaven with like minded dog lovers.
