55Love, love, love this spot! It is quiet, private and very laid back. It's enough room for the dogs to run and investigate......even better if your dog has a really reliable recall. Mine are a work in progress so when they are off leash I make sure that I can see them which limits them just a bit but if your dogs can reliably run loose they will be in heaven! (I also put air tags on mine as well as their ID tag, just in case) The host is very pleasant and responsive. All good!
55David is super laidback and his spot is a lowkey gem! So many cool places and things for my dog to explore and check out. We couldn’t find where to directly access the river, but that was fine because I’d rather not put a wet dog in my car. Spot was very easy to find and parking is straight down the driveway. The only thing is when we were coming back down the dirt path to go back to my car, we heard a dog barking nearby but we did not see it anywhere.
55We had a great time visiting today. David met us as we arrived and he was very pleasant and helpful. Lots to explore and Rusty enjoyed the water, even on this breezy March day. The map was a good resource though I don’t think we checked every aspect of the property. I will definitely return as this was a great off leash spot!
55Always a great time! And cleared more space for the dogs to run!
55David’s Sniffspot continues to be the best of the best. My dogs have the time of their lives whenever we visit (and so do I). Can’t wait to come back soon!
55David’s Sniffspot is quite simply a gem. Plenty of space for dogs to run free without the worry of bumping into any unexpected people or dogs. There’s a lot of exploring to do, lots of different areas to check out, and beautiful wide trails that keep you on track. I can’t wait to come back. Thanks, David!!!
55Always a good time! The dogs absolutely love their time at David’s!
55Love this place! Woods, water, mud: a little something for everyone 🤣🤣
55One of the best sniffspots in New England. Thank you for sharing !!
55Hands down, this is the best Sniffspot. David was very quick to respond to our booking request and gave detailed instructions on where to park, along with a map of the property. The property is beautiful, with several spots with bodies of water, cool scrap metal/antiques to look at, sniffs galore, and all the branches/sticks my dog could ask for. The map was helpful as other reviews mentioned, but aside from using it as a reference so we didn't go off the property, it wasn't necessary since there were creative named signs up and the walkable paths are well maintained. We wound up having such a great time we asked if we could extend our stay and David was more than accommodating. We will definitely be back!

PLEASE DO NOT RENT THE FIELD UNLESS YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE SPORT OF DOG AGILITY! If you have never taken classes or competed before, please message me and we can set up a time for a private lesson to ensure the safety of you and your dog. AKC Regulation a-frame, teeter, dogwalk, table, and jumps from Max200. MAD Agility channel weaves. Saloon door style tire and tunnels from Clean Run. Please potty your dogs outside of the agility field! Feel free to wander around outside of the back gate, but do keep your dogs leashed for safety as it is not fully fenced and keep your eyes peeled for poison ivy! It is low tech back there. There is no electricity, running water, or lighting (yet). Gates are secured with bungees for now until permanent posts & latches are installed. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen, proper footwear, etc. I do my best to keep the field as manicured as possible, but it is the out of doors so nothing is ever perfect! The pine trees provide lovely shade, but they do also provide pinecones and twigs. Give the space a once over to ensure there is nothing poky on you or your dog’s path! If you move or reset any equipment, please put it back how you found it before you leave. Your rental $ will go to the “have the field professionally leveled and reseeded” fund so if you’d like to donate extra to the cause and get that done sooner, please leave a few dollars in the donation box. I unfortunately have not yet been able to grow a money tree on the property 😢 Be nice to the neighbors! And have fun!
