Waldo's 1 Acre Play Yard

Large backyard with maintained lawn as the primary area, a shallow man-made pond near the house, shady side yard, multiple seating areas, & bocce ball court along the fence. Property backs to the creek & is lined with pine trees. We don’t treat the pond chemically as it is home to lots of frogs & our own pup likes to drink from it & climb in.

1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)

Note: Late spring conditions means there will be mosquitos, biting black gnats and some foxtails. Please protect yourself and your pet as necessary. Cool mornings are best time to avoid the bugs. Wear longs sleeves, pants and socks for best protection and use repellant. Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry with some long grass and foxtails along the fences/edges. We mow regualrly but until summer, foxtails are inevitable given the open setting. Please come prepared for these conditions. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Amazing lawn- great for sniffing & playing fetch - & then there is a large private pond for puppy swimming & stretching those canine legs! The entire pond is surrounded by winding concrete paths for stretching your legs too! Both sun & shaded areas- lots of interesting wildlife can be seen. Nice place to play with your fur-baby. Our Sniffspot space and the building under renovation share the same large driveway, but the entrances/exits are totally separate from each other. The yard itself is not being touched, and crew have been asked to not enter the yard unless permission is given. The Sniffspot yard itself is large and separate from (but adjacent to) the building, and the crew isn't working every day, but because I usually prefer to give our guests total privacy, I want to disclose this for anyone interested in visiting. As our guest, you may see or hear construction going on inside one of the buildings, there may be a couple of work cars in the driveway upon your arrival.
