truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $7 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, With both fresh sand and separately a dirt mound. We find about half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows.

We have fully fenced with the playground and trampoline for kids. Plenty of space for the fur babies to run. We can provide towels and kiddie pool if needed (for $2 more per dog/item) we have a small dog that will be inside while the backyard is in use. Please pick up after your pups. We have trash can available and water for all humans and dogs. Please keep them on leash until you enter the gate. We have stable behind our yard that sometimes the horses and donkey might come out please try not to let them bark at them. Thank you

This is an off grid goat farm. It is steep and rocky in areas. There is a spring with fresh water down in the bottom. There are friendly goats and one friendly cow that likes to say hi. When walking around, please always be aware of your surroundings and watch for rattle snakes.

Very unique and fun area. My sister brings her 4 huskies over occasionally and they all love it.

Once Upon A Happy Farm is a fully fenced Farm. We provide pet stays without the trauma of a commercial boarding facility. We have a 3 acre fenced pasture with extra large shade structure for pets and parents. No need to worry about water for thirsty doggies there is an on demand trough for them. It's a great place for a doggy play date with friends on the farm. All income generated off our spot will go towards charities. Currently, we are donating to a children's school in Soweto, Africa. You walk down the trail to acreage way below the house. There is a sitting area and acres of bushwhacking woods for your dog to run and explore off leash. You will be walking uphill when you go back to your car.

1.5 acres of open space for dog(s) to run around and play in a fenced secure area. Chickens are in a separate area. This is a great rural pet friendly neighborhood. Your best friend will be happy you brought him/her over. :)

*Note: we will block our calendar out this summer due to lack of shade in the yard and the fact that we don't have irrigation to keep the grass lush and green for your pups. We will reopen this fall. Enjoy big skies and big space in our fully fenced yard close to Curtis Park/Sac City College and only a couple of miles away from Midtown and Downtown Sacramento. We’ve got dog toys, chuck-its, dog treats, agility equipment, poop bags, and lots of smells for your furry friends. For the humans, we've got two nice patio spaces, a table and chairs, beverages, snacks, bug spray, hand sanitizer, and sunscreen. We even have a frisbee golf basket and some discs for you to use! Enjoy the outdoor string lights in the evening, a cozy sectional couch, rocking chairs, and we offer the fire pit and patio water misters for an additional fee. We'd like to make your time in our yard as comfortable as possible! Please no smoking or vaping on our property at any time. We have made our property as safe and clean as possible but this area was mainly farmland back in the day so there is uneven ground and occasional wet and muddy grass after a hard rain so please use our property at your own risk. We do offer towels for wet and muddy paws. Lastly, please be respectful of our neighbor’s space next door and don’t hang out by the gate. We also ask that you clean up after yourself and your dog and leave our yard as it was when you entered. We really appreciate that as we may not be able to get outside to clean up in between guests when timing is tight. Our spot also offers Memberships! Fully fenced 1/2 acre yard with lots of maintained grass, tress and bushes; including a swimming pool. Additional 3 acres, non-fenced with pond and area to run free. Plenty of parking.

We love doggos here, any shape or size. The home is a corner lot with large fenced backyard. We have a hose, sprinkler, raised dog bed, toys and more available for your use! I do have dogs of my own but they will be tucked away so you can enjoy the yard freely. Dog waste is picked up weekly on Fridays but doggy bags are available as well. The yard is treated every other month with an animal/people friendly pest solution. There is ample street parking but in the event off street parking is needed, we can accommodate two vehicles. We have a kiddie pool sand pit with ball pit balls and your dog can dig here wherever there is dirt.We also have balls for you to throw as well as a station to wash your dog off at.
