Please park on the right side of gravel driveway, located on Grove Court. Walk across front yard or follow path at the top of the driveway. The fenced in area is in the front yard just passed the brown house. There are table and chairs for our guests to be comfortable.

This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

Other than gap between the ground and gate door openings which can not be covered, all gaps between fence and grass are now covered with wire

No bells and whistles unfortunately, but if you need a grass fenced yard to run with your baby and maybe play ball then here you go! Quiet neighborhood with a fence that my dogs have never gotten past, so hopefully yours wont either!

Even though it’s only partially fenced the whole property is surrounded by wetlands and a tree / stone wall border. It’s hard for one to try to escape😆 plenty to keep them busy on the 28 acres !

Welcome pups & humans! Our fully-fenced dog run is a flat 60x30 feet area with low grass, dog toys, treats, water bowls, and treated with organic pest control for ticks and mosquitoes. If added, we can set up the kiddie pool prior to your visit. What we make thru Sniffspot goes to the care of animals we rescue! Wi-Fi / covered porch for shade and inclement weather / dedicated shed aka “pup parlor” with sofa and chair to chill out on / bug spray, sunscreen, hand sanitizer, water for the humans. Pup playground is located on a 4-acre property (you can also have access to) called Graceland Meadows Animal Rescue & Sanctuary (www.gracelandmeadows.org) where we save pets and farm animals from cruel lives and needless deaths. Currently we’re home to two rescued horses and six chickens, located in their own separate enclosed areas. We have two dogs - and possibly another one or two at times that we’re fostering. My dogs will be inside when you visit — unless you’d like your dog to have a playmate … in which case happy to discuss and try it out to see if they play well together. We have more than 2 acres of fully-fenced in property that features a large lawn as well as ample "wooded" areas for your dog to run in and explore. There are also a handful of large boulders for your pup to jump on and off of.

60 acres of forest and trails on a woodland preserve. Past our property is the Appalachian Trail. Canopy shade when there are leaves. There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.

Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy, sniffing, and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The in ground pool is available for an additional charge from Memorial Day to Labor Day (please scroll to Extras to reserve the pool). The pool is now uncovered, but not open for swimming until after memorial day. The pool in the off-season is covered by a mesh safety cover. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.
