Our little slice of heaven is certified a National Wildlife Refuge. So there is a large variety of birds and pollinators. We have a walking/bike riding trail, dog sensory gardens, an orchard to pick fruit from when in season, splash pool, agility equipment, horses next door to get to know, meadows to play in and sometimes there are foster puppies.

About 1/2 acre completely fenced in where dogs can run wide open.

12 acres partially wooded, recently cleared unfenced land! There’s a creek running through it, and all private. Very mulchy right now from being cleared, but easy to walk through and areas of large clearing. Dogs heaven!

We're not just any mini farm, we're a cool mini farm! The front portion of property houses our horses, pigs and chickens while the back 3 acres of our property is dedicated to 2 fenced dog play yards. Natural grass never sprayed with chemicals. 4ft wire fencing all around.

You’ll find room to RUN at our Hidden Pond Doggie Play Spot. Located just 1 minute from the center of the Wendell Falls sprawling development, we have about an acre and a half for you and your pups to run around and have fun. About half of it is mostly flat grassland with a slight rolling hill, and the other half is about knee-high to waist-high plants like tall grass, kudzu, and saplings. Your furry friends will love to explore! Down at the bottom of the hill near our neighbor’s little pond, and depending on recent rains, you can usually find about 300 square feet of muddy-puddle-goodness loaded with frogs and tadpoles to chase. Unfortunately the pond is NOT ours and we can NOT grant access to it for any humans or dogs. Please bring your own bags and clean up after your pets for a healthy and hygienic experience for everyone. Plenty of parking for up to 6 vehicles, so bring your friends and their dogs! I have a 9 foot privacy fence surrounding most of the yard, which can be latched but is never locked. I have grassy, gravelly, and mulchy areas for the pups and a seating area for the humans. There are no resident dogs. There is an artist who works in the garage and comes and goes, but she will be cognizant when dogs are visiting. Let me know if you have questions 😊

Stop by and visit us as a side quest so you can relax and enjoy the view in a peaceful, quiet countryside setting both you and your dog(s) will enjoy! Choose to either kick back and let your dog go full steam ahead in the .5 acre, four foot, fully fenced pup play yard, which has been vetted by small and large, puppies and seniors, high energy and couch potatoes alike or do some on leash training or long lead play in the accompanying open field next to the yard. Our yard has been tested (and approved) by Pomeranians, Yorkies, Beagles, Pitties, and Whippets, and is even horse proof! Natural grass fills the property, with only the occasional use of weed killer to keep up with property maintenance and stay on top of bugs. There are several huge shade trees that my pup and his friends enjoy laying under. If you are looking to desensitize your pup to horses, reach out and I may be able to arrange turn out so they can get up close and personal, while maintaining the barrier of the fence. Welcome to the Zen Dog Home SniffSpot! Come train & play at our location! We offer a wide open space for dogs to run and play. Your dog is welcome to run off leash, dig in the mulch, and romp without worry! We also have several add an extras so you can customize the experience based on your preferences. Our location is secure. We have a .11 acre yard surrounded by a 6ft fence. You'll never need to worry about your furry friend pulling a Houdini act. We have 4 wood chairs available for you to lounge in during the visit. *Please let me know if you'll have any additional guess and I'll make sure all the chairs have cushions. We plan to start a dog edible garden this spring! So check back soon. We know you and your dog will love our spot and look forward to having you visit. *My neighbor (on the corner) has a new puppy. You can occasionally hear him barking when he's home alone.

In a completely safe neighborhood near Crabtree, there is a small personal wading pool, and the yard doesn't have any grass, but plenty of room to walk around. If this catches on, I will add some more "obstacles" and play things, but good inexpensive option if you would like to just have a place for your dog to hang out while you are at work or away. Will negotiate for longer term stays.

Located in Roanoke rapids is a perfect spot for your pups to play. Located about 10 minutes from I-95. I have 3 dogs that will be inside the home but will not be out. Water, dog toys, treats for your pups as well will be provided. I have a rocking chair on the back porch for you to sit and relax in as you watch them run around. The fence does have a gate so you won’t have to enter through the house. It’s perfect for the dogs that want to stretch their legs after a long ride when you can’t take them to the normal park!

2 acre field and wooded area open for exploring. Digging is perfectly fine! Trails through the wooded area and wetland area. Become one with nature or even do some bird watching. Roll around in the mud if you like and then feel free to hose off. Fire pit available on occasion.

Fully fenced in back yard with some trees and shrubs for the pups to play and hide in. Covered/shaded area with seats, trampoline and swing set for kiddos to play on at parents discretion. Drinks offered for a small fee to allow for restocking the supplies.
